1914. Kingdom of Serbia was attacked by A-H, 1941. Yugoslavia was attacked by all of their neighbors (except Romania and Greece), 1999. FR Yugoslavia was attacked by NATO. 1992-1995. There was a civil war, but neither Croatia, nor FR Yu, nor B&H were officially at war.

In 1945 it took nearly one million Soviet troops to take the city of Berlin which was roughly the size of Kyiv today. It is estimated that Russia invaded Ukraine with 150,000+ troops and has suffered upward of five to six thousand casualties. This is going to end bad for Russia.
