FTA Senior Advisor Marc Molinaro visited Boston this week to meet with FTA staff and see firsthand how federal investments are advancing @MBTA's infrastructure upgrades. At North Station, MBTA leaders highlighted progress on the replacement of a key drawbridge used for commuter rail and @Amtrak services, a $1.2 billion project FTA is funding in part through a MEGA grant. Advisor Molinaro also toured the Green Line, including the nation’s oldest subway tunnel, where major upgrades are underway to improve stations, accessibility, and service for T riders.
