2020 keeps delivering sad news. I grew up watching reruns of Gilligan's Island and Mary Ann was one of my favorites. I still find my self escaping to the island every once in a while.
Godspeed and rest in peace Miss Wells.
Happy flashback Friday!

44 years ago today the King Kong remake was released.
This is one of the films that had a major influence on 13-year-old me. Here are my original King Kong Slurpee collector’s cups from 7-Eleven, based on the artwork of John Berky.

Watching one of the films that influenced 13 year old me to pursue a career in special effects.
The remake of King Kong was released 44 years ago today on December 17, 1976 to mixed reviews from film critics, but was a box office success and inspired a big group of us nerds!

RIP David Prowse.
You will always be the Darth Vader.
So sad to hear David Prowse has passed. He was a kind man & much more than Darth Vader. Actor-Husband-Father-Member of the Order of the British Empire-3 time British Weightlifting Champion & Safety Icon the Green Cross Code Man. He loved his fans as much as they loved him. #RIP
Hmmmm.........
I wonder what this cryptic message could mean?
