835,000 Colorado voters in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas and Weld counties got a train tax question on their ballot that they are not even allowed to vote on… and the excuse is that the rail district never told the county clerks about its new map, so nobody checked.
Now keep in mind, this is the same Secretary of State's office that told you last week this election is "safe, secure, and accurate," and yet 282,800 ballots went out in Douglas County alone with a question most of those voters have no legal right to answer. The fix is that every county sorts it out after the fact, by precinct, by address and by hand review in split precincts, each one doing it a little differently, and counting starts today. But hey… it's only a tax increase, what could go wrong?
I read this and the only question I have is simple. If they cannot get a map right, why would anyone trust them with the machines and the mail ballots? How is this even a thing?

About 835,000 Colorado ballots carry a train tax question those voters can’t legally vote on. Mine is one of them.
I voted NO on 7A anyway. On purpose. I wanted to see what happens to my ballot.

The state, the Douglas County clerk and Arapahoe County have described three different ways to toss the bad votes. In Sterling Ranch, election workers will hand-copy whole ballots. Nobody has said how many.
Douglas County, show us the paperwork.
This kind of mistake causes people to question mail-in ballots and election integrity. And the people wanting my tax dollars can't even properly draw a map.

Yes, Jalen Hurts received COVID shots and yes, he now faces at least a year off due to blood clots. Both COVID and some COVID shots increase deadly clot risks. We don’t know if he had COVID but we know he had the shots. It’s entirely possible that he never plays again because of blood thinners. If so, this could get ugly. NFL put a lot of pressure on players to get the shots and I think the Eagles were totally negligent to let him play + travel overseas when they knew he had a clot. All the makings of a historic lawsuit if this ends his career and Jalen wants to go that route.
We can’t conclusively say this was caused by the shots but we do know it’s very possible and it just reminds me how absurd and awful the entire COVID era was. And we’ll never know either because there’s no conclusive test to see if it played a role or not. But we’re talking about shots with very serious risks and every institution lied to make them sound like they had no risk at the time. There hasn’t been enough of a conversation around the risks people were forced to accept for their health by getting the COVID shots just to keep their jobs. It must never happen again.
Praying that Jalen survives this and is able to lead a normal life again. Just all around awful.

A close friend of mine and his family believed the vaccines were safe. I warned them all. His step-mother collapsed in the kitchen into his arms and died from a stroke. He now has ALS and his cousin has brain cancer. All vaccinated and all perfectly healthy before the vaccine.
