Information on how to pre-order the Gaia Edition release here in Japan was withheld until the first business day at Tokyo Game Show, but it has already sold out EVERYWHERE... which sounds supper good, right? But no, it's mostly SCALPERS buying them up to resell at a huge increase, which means hardly any of the real fans even had a chance to pre-order it. Personally, I was literally at Tokyo Game Show as press, reporting on the Terranigma booth, when this happened. Pretty ironic how I'm working to promote the release that I can't even pre-order... 😅 Out of everyone in our "Resurrection of the Hero" Terranigma fan club here in Japan, NO ONE that I know of was able to pre-order it. This is absolutely unacceptable and PLAION Japan, Happinet, Square Enix need to do step up for the actual fans and do something to stop this sort of behavior. Pre-orders need to be available for ANYONE who wants it. Isn't that usually how pre-orders work? This only affects us here in Japan, but if you might be able to contact the folks above and tell them to stop scalpers and help us get our hands on the Gaia Edition, please help us!! I'll list some contact information in the following post.
