-A school district focuses on “inclusion & belonging”—however, traditional parents aren’t included and only radical politics belong in the school.
-A counselor starts the “social transitioning” process with a child…unbeknownst to parents until it’s too late.
-Teachers affirm the new “chosen identity” in secret.
What is shocking in this Massachusetts case⬇️
-When parents wouldn’t go along with social transitioning— because of their Catholic faith —DCF showed up and took their 15-year-old daughter.
-She’s seventeen now, and the state still has her in custody! Not only that, there is a restraining order on the mother, father, and older brother.
-She is currently housed her with boys and was prescribed birth control and psychiatric medication.
-She was scheduled to receive her first high-dose testosterone “treatment” until a judge finally said no — at least for now.

A Catholic couple in Massachusetts had their daughter taken away by the state under the guise of child abuse after refusing to affirm her “trans” identity.
The 15-year-old was removed from the home of Joseph and Arlene Kutzko after she was secretly socially "transitioned" at Algonquin Regional High School.

Parents Joseph and Arlene Kutzko in Massachusetts are fighting to regain custody of their teen daughter Sophie and stop the state from giving her testosterone treatment.
In 2024, the state took their daughter, then 15, away when they refused to affirm Sophie’s gender identity as a boy, or call her by her chosen male name and use male pronouns.
Sophie is currently housed in a boys dormitory as a ward of the state. A permanent restraining order has been placed on her parents despite her claims of physical abuse have been deemed unfounded. Prior to her removal from her family, her school had secretly enabled her “social transition” without her parents’ knowledge or consent.
The parents cite their Catholic faith as the reason for their opposition. But regardless of religious beliefs, should parents’ rights be disregarded completely in favor of a political ideology?
The state deems the Kutzkos dangerous to their child for rejecting gender ideology. But has MA caused Sophie more harm and put her at greater risk by removing her from her family, housing her in a boys dorm (while giving her birth control), and offering her, a minor, testosterone that could permanently alter her body and impact her fertility?

A 15-year-old girl was removed from fit and loving parents in MA by DCF for not saying she is a boy. Listen to the letter their daughter wrote to her father on his birthday, only 2 months before she was taken away. Listen to the gut-wrenching pain from both her mother and father.
