The Department of Homeland Security stated that there are 190,832 non-citizens registered to vote in California.

So, that’s a potential 190,832 fraudulent ballots that will be mailed to illegal voters

The Justice Department on Friday put California on notice and vowed to prosecute election officials who tabulate unlawful ballots.
“California on Notice: Federal agencies identified over 20,000 suspected noncitizens registered to vote in California who have already been mailed ballots,” First Assistant US Attorney Bill Essayli said on Friday.
Later Friday, President Trump vowed to jail the lawbreakers: “They will all go to jail for a long period of time!!!”

🚨 THE DOJ JUST SENT LA COUNTY A BRUTAL LETTER, AND TRUMP POSTED IT.
According to the letter, federal agencies handed California a list of MORE THAN 20,000 PEOPLE they believe are likely non-citizens registered to vote.
The DOJ asked the county to set those ballots aside until citizenship could be checked.
LA County's answer was basically that it's "not authorized" to do that.
So the DOJ spelled it out. Knowingly counting ballots from people identified as non-citizens could make election officials "AIDERS AND ABETTORS TO A FEDERAL CRIME."
And it told them "administrative difficulty is not a defense."
20,000 possible illegal votes, and California wants to count them anyway.

Federal agents swept through California this morning.
Prosecutors say these noncitizens lied about being U.S. citizens to register, and many cast ballots in past elections.
One of them, a 72-year-old from Belize, allegedly voted in multiple elections going back to 2019.
This came after the Trump administration flagged over 20,000 suspected noncitizens on California's voter rolls.
State officials refused to act on it. Newsom called it "election rigging."
Arresting people who broke the law isn't rigging an election. Letting them vote is.
Only American citizens should decide American elections.

California was colonized by Mexicans under Democrats to replace the American people’s vote

Democrats have controlled the California State Legislature almost continuously for 50 years straight and the governor for roughly 27 out of 50 years. But during those Republican governor years they maintained controlled of the state Senate and Assembly, so they really never gave up power

Spread those flagged ballots across a 300,000-vote district and you get roughly 270. They don’t spread evenly. They cluster in LA, Orange, San Diego, the Inland Empire, the same ground where the closest seats get decided.
Even if a third of that 190,000 is bad data, 13,000 illegal ballots are still sitting in the count.
That’s not a rounding error. That’s a felony caseload with a bow on it.
And section 611 has no materiality threshold.

Not good enough. It’s a violation of the U.S. Constitution and federal law for California to dilute the votes of American citizens. One illegal ballot is too many.

Mail ballots are already in most voters’ hands, and Election Day is less than three weeks away.
