being in crypto/investing means discovering yourself you are not fighting other people, your only obstacle is yourself and your ego we all know holding is better yet always find infinite ways to do more and screw up because it feels more productive to do rather than being still - oneshot a personal journal app / write on paper - oneshot a portfolio app to have more visibility of your money - before pressing sell, ask why you're doing it - before buying, ask if you're oversizing many of you are anxious and think you have to hit a 2x on every play, myself included that mindset is horrible and leads you nowhere longterm i have been slowly locking in the last few weeks and preparing my mind to the next phase of the bull run, and its not been easy adjusting to the fumbles but there is so much opportunity, everything can change quickly at any point and your mind needs to be ready
