Ok hear me out: it’s a crypto exchange. EXCEPT the exchange just lets your crypto sit there. They don’t take it and over over-leverage it on risky bets. They make money based off fees you pay on trades.

There are techniques that let you commit to (without revealing) the balance of each individual depositor, and give each individual depositor a proof that their own balance is correctly incorporated into the sum.

3. causing inflation with maxed out credit cards to make ends meat,
4. then tighten until companies fire you,

Two big lessons:
1: Never use a token you created as collateral.
2: Don’t borrow if you run a crypto business. Don't use capital "efficiently". Have a large reserve.
Binance has never used BNB for collateral, and we have never taken on debt.
