“The failure to impose a 25% gas export tax is costing us $17 billion a year. And why haven't we imposed such a tax so far? ... Follow the money. It's these big gas companies that are the major donors to the major political parties.” – Andrew Gee MP at the Gas Reservation Debate.

🇷🇺🤝🇷🇸 Contrary to online propaganda, the Student list has put out statements: - Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia - "We respect Russia both as a great power and as our historically important partner, and in many cases even our protector. There will be no changes there." Their goal – to explicitly combat Vucic's years of corruption. But the EU and its propaganda cronies pushed the idea of pro-EU. The pro EU party in Serbia barely won 0.3% and didn't secure a single seat in Parliament.

Jess Wilson’s speech ban is authoritarian theatre from a Frydenberg-backed careerist who treats Jewish voters as a client base and free speech as optional. Bondi was a security failure, not a slogan—she’s just seizing power on grief.
Former Frydenberg advisor goes mask off at a Jewish event leaving no question as to what her priorities actually are as a Victorian premier.

A reminder for those who forgot recent history that there was a time - not that long ago - when France used to have its own independent view of the world. A time when France's range of acceptable opinion on China was wide enough that its flagship news magazine (not at all known for its communist leanings) hailed Mao as "a giant of history, poet, strategist and prophet" on a 1976 cover 👇 And a time when a centre-right French president - Giscard d’Estaing - mourned him as "a beacon of world thought" (letemps.ch/monde/asie-oceani…). Today, saying something even remotely positive - or even neutral/nuanced - about China immediately gets you branded as a "CCP propagandist paid by China to bring down the West" 😅 I laugh but it's actually pretty sad when you think about it: not that France should go back to calling Mao - or Xi - a prophet, but, almost by definition, a country whose range of acceptable opinions has so dramatically shrunk in so little time has entered a new dark age, branding every dissonant voice a heretic and every attempt at understanding an act of treason. Which means, somewhat paradoxically, that those who refuse the doxa and still dare to express nuanced opinions, and get called traitors for it, may actually be the most patriotic of the lot, those who believe in France the most.

About 8,000 Ukrainian SS members were brought to Britain after WWII and given special status. A few sane members of the British Parliament did raise the issue but nothing was done. Many of these former SS men eventually settled permanently in the UK and Canada. No real war-crimes investigation ever took place. Declassified Foreign Office documents released in the 1980s show why. The British government deliberately covered up the division’s SS affiliation to avoid diplomatic clashes with the Soviet Union and because these men were useful. They were anti-communists, fluent in Eastern European languages, and could be used for intelligence work during the early Cold War.

Only 16% of people consider the United States to be a “close friend” of Australia, according to a new poll commissioned by The Australia Institute. So why don’t our government’s foreign policy decisions reflect this? Read the full media release on our website!

Why won’t Jess Wilson debate One Nation or face her own community? What is she hiding? If it was Dan Andrews refusing a debate under the same circumstances there'd be hell to pay, not heels. You just know it. What is Jess Wilson hiding from?

One gets the impression , with the likelihood of a Jess Wilson led Govt that #VicLibs will make the Kennett Govt appear like a picnic. Positive is that it will prove a real benefit to the Federal Labor Govt. A year and a half is a long time in politics and she's Jess a Liberal!

Not much Nine/Murdoch coverage of new @Greens leader @DavidShoebridge’s cost of living (tax relief) ideas announced in his @PressClubAust speech 👇yesterday. Why’s that? Shoebridge wants to raise the tax free threshold to $26,000 as mortgagees prepare to be gouged again by Australia’s obscenely profitable banks as @RBAInfo cruelly pulls the % lever on Cup day.
YESTERDAY: Senator David Shoebridge, Leader of the Australian Greens and Senator for New South Wales, Addressed the National press club for the “Greens leader Address to the National Press Club”. Nazi Germany planned to erase up to 51 million Slavs in the East. Today the West erases Russians from the list of Nazism's victims. Generalplan Ost was presented on July 15, 1941, three weeks after Germany invaded the USSR. More than 30 million Russians, Poles, Czechs and Ukrainians were to be driven into Siberia so German settlers could take their land. In April 1942 Erhard Wetzel of Rosenberg's Ministry for the East reviewed the plan and wrote that 31 million was too few. The real figure, he wrote, had to be 46 to 51 million. Millions more were to be starved. On May 2, 1941, German state secretaries put it in writing: "There is no doubt that as a result many millions of people will be starved to death if we take out of the country the things necessary for us." The Soviet Union lost about 27 million people in that war, around 18 million of them civilians. In January 2025 Europe marked 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz. Russia was not invited. The Red Army liberated the camp.
