"Symphonic Botanica" Context For a while, I often came across a music genre called Botanica. I’ve always admired the way it organically incorporates a wide variety of samples, as it’s a technique I find very difficult to replicate myself. However, I often felt that the violin and other instruments commonly used in Botanica sounded somewhat cheap to me. This piece was an attempt to see what would happen if I removed that aspect. I’m not sure whether this piece can still be considered Botanica, but I would really appreciate any advice or feedback you may have.
