It's a kind of Thai wordplay between ผี (phi) which means “ghost” in English. It matches to Thai southern dialect pronunciation of phi means “brother/sister”
In Thai culture, people often refer to themselves as พี่ (phi) when speaking to someone younger based on their actual age and as หนู (nu) when speaking to someone older. Using phi or nu makes the speaker sound more humble and respectful, while nu can also add a cute endearing quality to the way they speak.
Fort referred himself as หนู (nu) and Peat as พี่ (phi) because he's younger than Peat. So, his question is “Do you love me?” making it sounds more adorable to ask Peat, older person, for love.
