Tory MP Helen Whately is a millionaire on a £98,599/yr salary. Yet taxpayers cover her London second home expenses. Council Tax, water, electric, everything! Meanwhile, she wants to cut benefits for disabled people living on just £7k to £11k a year. Look how much she claims....
