This is Lumnya, your store's digital workforce for Shopify.
An assistant that sells and supports your shoppers 24/7, and seven specialist AI agents in your back office.
Anything touching money or a customer waits for your yes.

#Shopify
We caught our assistant calling a pre-order "limited stock, book it soon". Our prompt said not to.
Now a stock or deadline claim stands only when a Shopify record backs it. The rest of the reply stays.

#BlackFriday
Phishing is now written for the #AI that summarises the inbox, not just the person. A store's chat, reviews and return notes are read by AI too.
The defence isn't a prompt saying "ignore instructions". It's what the server lets a stranger's text cause.

At 20% off a product with a 40% margin, you need to sell twice as many to make the same profit.
Before Black Friday, clear the products that are actually stuck: one product, a floor at cost, an end date. Not the whole store.
The playbook is on our blog.

We're looking for the first Shopify merchants to run Lumnya in a real store.
You get an assistant for your shoppers and seven specialist agents for your back office. We get your honest feedback, and you shape what we build next.

#Shopify
"We don't have it" is a claim about your whole catalogue.
If our shopper chat says it on a turn where no search ran, the server searches the catalogue itself. If the product is there, the denial is replaced with the products.
A false no costs a sale nobody reports.
#Chatbots
Lumnya's storefront assistant has no tool to issue refunds, by design.
If it ever says a refund is done, the sentence is false, and a gate on our server replaces it with the truth: the team reviews refunds.
Every refund waits for the owner's yes.
#HumanInTheLoop
Four questions for any number on any dashboard, ours included:
1. Can you name the records it was counted from?
2. Is there a constant inside it?
3. Does the label claim more than the count?
4. What does it show when there's no data?

How Lumnya remembers your store:
A snapshot with an age on everything: stock at most an hour old, products six hours, orders a day.
Shared facts that carry their author and a confidence, never overwritten by another agent.
Notes that expire.
#AgentMemory
AI agents are already buying from Shopify stores. In Forter's data, 65% of agent orders in early October came from agents that browse ordinary store pages.
They don't read your store once. They act on whichever copy of it they reach first.
