The film industry has lost another remarkable talent.
Sebastián Lelio, the Oscar-winning Chilean filmmaker best known for directing A Fantastic Woman, has died at the age of 52.
Reports say the celebrated director was found dead at his home in Las Condes, Santiago, on Friday by his partner, actress Amalia Kassai, who alerted the authorities.
His family confirmed his passing following health complications in a heartbreaking statement, describing him as a wonderful person whose contributions to Chilean culture will never be forgotten.

💵 Average hourly wages increased by 3.1% over the past year.
But here's the bigger concern:
Are Americans actually getting ahead financially, or are higher prices eating away at their paychecks?
A strong economy should mean more than just job numbers. It should mean affordable housing, manageable bills, better wages, and real opportunities.

From one of the most hated teenagers in The Walking Dead to the lead star of Resident Evil (2026). Austin Abrams has come a long way, and the transformation is quite something.
Many fans will remember him as Ron Anderson, the troubled teenager from Alexandria who developed a growing hatred for Rick Grimes and Carl during the show's fifth and sixth seasons.
Ron became particularly unpopular after attempting to shoot Rick. The situation took a disastrous turn when Carl was accidentally shot in the eye, leaving him permanently disfigured. Ron was eventually killed by Michonne.
Fast-forward more than a decade, and Abrams is back in the zombie horror world, this time playing Bryan, the lead character in Zach Cregger's Resident Evil.
It's a completely different role. Bryan is an ordinary medical courier who suddenly finds himself trapped in a terrifying outbreak, fighting to survive as chaos takes over Raccoon City.
Abrams also appeared in Cregger's Weapons (2025), adding another memorable horror credit to his growing filmography.
It's funny how things turn out. The same actor fans once couldn't stand watching in The Walking Dead is now leading one of horror's biggest franchises.

Hospital Nurse: "Good morning. Am I speaking with the emergency contact for a patient?"
Me: "Yes. Who's calling?"
Hospital Nurse: "I'm with the emergency department. A man was seriously injured in a car accident, and your number is listed as his emergency contact."
Me: "I'm sorry, but you must have the wrong number. I don't know anyone at your hospital."
Hospital Nurse: "I understand, but before he lost consciousness, the patient specifically asked us to call you."
Me: "Did he say my name?"
Hospital Nurse: "Yes. He kept repeating it."
I didn't understand what was happening, but the nurse's words left me uneasy.
I got dressed and drove to the hospital.
When I arrived, a nurse led me to a private room.
Nurse: "He's in here. Try not to overwhelm him. He's still recovering."
Me: "Can you tell me who he is, at least?"
Nurse: "He's 58 years old. His name is on his identification card."
I stepped inside and saw a man lying in the hospital bed.

my best friend suggested we touch ourselves together during a movie and I said yes and it was actually really sweet
I was at my best friend's apartment and we were watching this movie about a house party with a lot of nudity and almost-sex scenes in it
I could tell he was getting worked up lol. I jokingly said one of the girls in the movie was hot and he laughed and agreed
he said "there is a lot of nudity in this one huh" and I said yeah but it is fine right? he said yeah he didn't mind but it was turning him on. I offered to give him some privacy (kind of joking) and he said it was fine... and then said "we could always just... do it together if you wanted?"
I called his bluff immediately. said yeah that sounds fun
he was NOT expecting that hahahaha. he said "wait seriously?" and I told him I meant it
we switched what was playing on his laptop, got fully naked, and did exactly that. side by side. on his bed
it was the first time he had ever seen me naked. and he has a nice cock so it was definitely fun for me too lol
afterward we just lay there talking like nothing had happened and it was honestly the most comfortable I have felt with anyone in a while. no pressure, no weirdness, just two people who trust each other being a little weird together 💛

I agree that Daniel Craig set an incredibly high standard, but I wouldn’t put him above every James Bond actor.
For me, Sean Connery remains the definitive 007. He had the natural charisma, confidence and sophistication that made the character iconic. Pierce Brosnan delivered that classic Bond elegance, while Craig brought intensity and emotional depth that made his era memorable.
My personal ranking of the six James Bond actors:
• Sean Connery – 9.8/10
• Pierce Brosnan – 9.5/10
• Daniel Craig – 9.3/10
• Roger Moore – 9.0/10
• Timothy Dalton – 8.7/10
• George Lazenby – 8.0/10
Robert Pattinson has a massive challenge ahead of him. I hope he brings something fresh to 007, but following the legacy of these actors won’t be easy.

A $600 birthday gift has exposed something ugly about my marriage.
For my husband’s birthday, I bought him a watch he’d been admiring for months. He was genuinely happy and wore it to work the next morning.
Three days later, he bought his younger brother the exact same watch.
I thought it was sweet until I found out he had used the money we’d been saving for our daughter’s summer camp.
When I confronted him, he said his brother had been going through a difficult time and deserved something nice.
I reminded him that we had agreed not to touch that savings.
