Got a DM three days ago from someone using Nora to prototype quantum-resistant protocols — they’d already maxed out our Master tier.
We shipped extra-credit top-ups ASAP.
Crypto might be in a reset phase, but the level of stuff people are building right now is unreal
Appreciate the invite to mentor at Binance Chain’s hackathon — excited to support the next wave of crypto builders as the AI tools we’re building at @mynoraai unlock a new paradigm of Web3 development.

“Product” has sadly become an anti-principle in Web3 — something veterans have come to instinctively avoid.
But what happens when AI comes?
When build → ship takes hours, not months?
The constraints change. The game changes.
The last two crypto cycles have been brutal for real product projects:
1.You compete with polished Web2 apps, not Web3 prototypes
2.Most products failed to retain users — Brave was the rare exception
3.Liquid tokens = day-1 shareholder pressure, well before PMF
50 million H100s would use as much power as the UK or France — about 50 nuclear plants.
What hits first:
• Elon builds 100× better AI chips, Tesla > Nvidia
• Or we get Nuclear Elon
The @xAI goal is 50 million in units of H100 equivalent-AI compute (but much better power-efficiency) online within 5 years

Fractal Bitcoin security issues.
Be careful if you are running a @fractal_bitcoin node using the official docker release, the RPC credentials are hardcoded, not configurable via environment variables, and RPC server is exposed publicly and vulnerable to attacks.
So many bad security practices in this bitcoin conf file..
rpcallowip=0.0.0.0/0: This is the most concerning setting. It allows RPC connections from any IP address, which is very dangerous if exposed to the internet. It effectively opens your node to potential attacks from anywhere.
zmqpubhashblock=tcp://0.0.0.0:8330 and zmqpubrawtx=tcp://0.0.0.0:8331 These settings allow ZeroMQ connections from any IP, which could be a security risk if exposed.
maxconnections=0 This removes the limit on the number of connections, which could potentially lead to resource exhaustion.
To be honest I even thought that I was looking at a scam Github repo from a wrong organisation.
So I checked your website, and again this is bad because it's not trivial to find your Github organisation. It opens the door to a lot of potential scams. After navigating I finally found the Github org, and it happened that I was (unfortunately) looking at the right repository. The Github org does not even have a link to your website, or at least your logo...
You are exposing node runners to dangerous attacks.
This is not serious.
🚀 The Fractal Mainnet is LIVE! 🚀
We’re thrilled to announce that Fractal’s first block has been mined, marking the beginning of a new era for scaling Bitcoin natively. 🌐 Fractal’s genesis block carries the same message as Bitcoin's: "The Times 03/Jan/2009 Chancellor on brink of second bailout for banks," echoing our commitment to build on Bitcoin's foundation. 🧵👇

BREAKING: OP_CAT GOES LIVE NEXT WEEK ON BITCOIN’S OFFICIAL TESTNET “SIGNET”
gmeow!
OP_CAT, aka BIP-420, is scheduled to go live on “signet” this tuesday! 🙀
“signet” is the preferred bitcoin testnet for developers. it is officialy supported by bitcoin core, by tools like @mempool-space, by wallets, and more. look for “signet” in your settings!
what’s the difference between “signet” and “testnet”?
“testnet” is the name of a test network designed for miners, where they can test their equipment and infrastructure to generate blocks in a testing environment.
however, it is not very convenient for developers, since block times are unpredictable, with miners joining and leaving the network on an unpredictable basis. also, as miners often test their own settings on this network, they don’t always include transactions that developers expect them to.
for those familiar with ethereum test networks, the bitcoin “testnet” is similar to ethereum’s “goerli” network.
“signet” is the name of the bitcoin test network designed for developers to test their software. there are no miners on signet, blocks are created by the signet operator without proof of work, every 10 minutes on average.
this makes development more predictable and simulates mainnet more closely. for this reason, most developers prefer to test on “signet” instead of “testnet”.
signet is supported by bitcoin core and bitcoin nodes by default! simply change your configuration to use “signet” instead of “mainnet” and you’re live!
for those familiar with ethereum test networks, the bitcoin “testnet” is similar to ethereum’s “sepolia” network.
OP_CAT, also known as BIP-420, is expected to go live on signet at block 193,536 (this tuesday!)
this will allow developers to build advanced OP_CAT applications leveraging CatVM, and test them live on the official test network!
i am more convinced than ever that OP_CAT will go live on mainnet THIS YEAR.
follow @quantumcats and turn on notifications 🔔 to stay up to date with satoshi’s favorite pet and its glorious path back into bitcoin!

Ethereum Social Layer is strong.
It plays the watchdog role. It's about keeping an eye out for anything that could threaten the core values and principles of Ethereum. If something's amiss, it's the community's job to ring the alarm and take collective action.
Few examples:
Client Diversity: Continuously monitoring client distribution is essential for the network's health. Tools like clientdiversity.org/#distrib… help us track and promote diversity among Ethereum clients.
Staking Concentration: It's vital to raise alerts when staking becomes overly concentrated. Websites like Rated Network provide insights into staking pool diversity.
Censorship: Keeping tabs on the percentage of OFAC-compliant blocks is another important metric. This information can be tracked on platforms like MEV Watch.
So many people care about protecting those fundamental values.
To name a few @superphiz always pushing for more HomeStaking.
@barnabemonnot thinking carefully about all economical considerations (for instance you should read this Rainbow Staking blog post: ethresear.ch/t/unbundling-st…).
@sassal0x doing daily education around Ethereum and doing frequent reminders about the threats and stuff to protect.
@JimmyRagosa praising when supermajority drops.
Many L2s friends also fighting to preserve those values.
I could spend the entire day naming passionate folks from this social layer, who are dedicating their time to protect the dream we collectively have.
As I am saying it in my reflexion around Ethereum Alignment (hackmd.io/@abdelhamid/ethere…), I am seeing a lot of progress on some alt L1s, notably on Solana. They shown an extreme resilience after the FTX drama, and many many people are showing up to defend and protect their ideals. It's very good to see this. All L1s should aim to have the same social layer as Ethereum.
Bitcoin has also an amazing social layer, and I understand the hardcore immune system mechanism. It gives the impression of toxicity sometimes, but to be honest it's also a very good protection and safeguarding to not corrupt the core principles and betray our ambitions. We need to protect Bitcoin at all cost.
I am proud to be a small part of this Ethereum social layer universe, constantly expanding, and becoming more and more resilient.
We are fighting strong forces, and this is extremely hard, but together we may succeed.
The paradigm shifts too fast, unexpected. Also open source from day 1? World is def not ready for this🐺🐺🐺

The world is not ready for STWO!
M31 baby, Circle STARK 🔵
This is the genesis of the faster prover in the world in the making!
Trailblazers never stop pushing the frontiers.
And this time we do it open source from day 1!
This is Stwo-good-to-be-true!
We are proud to announce: Stwo, our next-gen Circle-STARK-based prover✨
Stwo will be built based on the recent mathematical advancement of Circle-STARKs to create super efficient and fast proofs. Yep, that means super scaling✨
This trail-blazing technology will be open source from day one under an Apache 2.0 license. Be sure to follow its development✨
What about the Stone Prover? Stone will continue to power the robust activity of Starknet and StarkEx and will be used for cutting-edge Appchains development. Stwo will be compatible with the Cairo code of Sierra, and when the time comes to roll it out, Stone provers will employ it✨
A new stage of scaling is coming✨
