Very striking to hear so many young folk picking up the Indy baton. Succession of speakers cite their age at #indyref. Erin joined SNP in January clinches it - she was 4. Now proposing YSI Indy motion at #SNP26. Notable that young audience in @bbcdebatenight this week also Yes.

Begging the SNP to read the room and, if not wholeheartedly support removing the triple lock, quit the insincere faux outrage on it. A state benefit should not increase by a higher rate than wages year after year. Especially one that’s handed out with age as the only qualifier.

Westminster’s time is coming to an end. We believe there is a better way. Our nations working together as equals, sharing ideas and expertise, building relationships based on mutual respect and common interests. Today marks a further step in building our cooperation. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇮🇪

We don't hear much from Better Together these days. Their £1,400 "Union dividend" from 2014 has been wiped out by Brexit, which is costing everyone in Scotland £3,000 a year. Even though Scotland said "no thanks" to Brexit. snp.org/2014-revisited-the-p…

not this being the way people learn about Best Kebab 😭😭😭
This is embarrassing. A Scottish far-right group tried to copy what Danny Tommo did. They called it "Operation Standstill" and even apologised to the public beforehand, but only eight masked men turned up, and they were kettled in front of a kebab shop.

To go from “off limits” to this is an acceptance of the reality that the people of Scotland will decide their own future - not the UK Government. For the first time since 2014, a British Prime Minister accepts that majority support for a referendum should mean one takes place.

This is a genuine outrage. She’s a disgrace, and it’s an utter disgrace that she’s been given Legal Aid for this.
Claire Kellerman, daughter of MASH actress Sally Kellerman sues Outer Hebrides island cafe for refusing her dog entry Sky's @ConnorGillies visits the remote island where the community centre is facing bankruptcy after refusing entry
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Locals allege the dog killed the cafe cat and attacked animals; Kellerman denies, saying a cat attacked her. It is owner-trained. She first sued the wrong body, costing £7k unrecovered via legal aid. Community raised over £50k crowdfunding. thenational.scot/news/26502019.… welovestornoway.com/index.php/arti… bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Granton deserves a tram. The question is how? Option A: Roseburn Path – an old railway line, shut down decades ago, but approved for tram use 20 years ago. Option B: Orchard Brae – 80% more expensive, 8 minutes slower, and will take longer to build. The solution is clear. Now it’s time to approve it. Next Thursday, Edinburgh councillors must APPROVE Option A. Tell them.
Edinburgh Tram was approved 20 YEARS ago. It’s STILL not finished. Only part of the route was ever built. The rest? SCRAPPED Next Thursday, councillors will decide whether to finish the tram on land DESIGNED & APPROVED FOR RAIL Time to FINISH the job. Support our campaign 👇

Edinburgh nimbys strike again. To me, it seems idiotic to object to an old trainline being used as a tramline.
