We had booked for old bed and mattress to be disposed of today. Unlike yourselves the removal company was efficient and arrived on time as promised. Why a driver can't rectify a mistake and get back in their van to deliver or at the very least offer next day delivery is shocking.

(I/my household don't), and then when I asked to see proof of said email it changed to - whoops, the email had different details but my order number on. No they won't come back out tonight to deliver, yes I'll be spending the next week sleeping on mattress on the floor,

Thanks @OFLoakfurniture Delivery didn't turn up today as promised. Customer services agent was great but someone in your depot is lying. Changed their story from turning up at my address at 9 (I'm working from home, they definitely didn't), then "we got notified you had covid"

I've done many a read through, but for the first time I recently finished listening to the audio books The Name of the Wind & The Wise Man's Fear by @PatrickRothfuss reminding me why these books sit firmly in my heart as the most beautiful works of Fantasy out there. Thanks, Pat.

That's a great idea He lost his tooth at school and was very upset that he didn't retain in. He wrote an apology note to the TF and everything! 😭

Eldest lost his first tooth today (aged 5). I went above and beyond with my efforts to keep the magic alive for him tonight. I may have set the bar a bit high though...
