I wanted to make a more personal post now that I’ve had a few days to reflect on this past year. Coming into this year as a rookie, I put a lot of expectations on myself. I wanted to prove that I deserved to play in tier 1 and give this org the results they deserve. And even though we couldn’t win it all in the end, I have no regrets. I know how much effort I put into improving every single day, and looking back at how far we’ve come as a team makes me incredibly proud.
Outside of the game, I also made a lot of changes in my personal life. I started taking my health more seriously and ended up losing 45 pounds along the way. More than anything, this year taught me a lot about discipline and what it really means to work hard towards something you care about.
There’s still so much I want to accomplish, but I can look back at this year knowing I gave it everything I had, and that means a lot to me. Now looking toward the future I’m unbelievably excited to keep getting better. ❤️

I’ve been playing the game for 6 years and all of my years have ended in sadness as it does for many pro players. You look back at your last match and it ends in a defeat and you start thinking “what if”. You expect to go further and to make a run and to be able to keep chasing the dream.
This is the first year where looking back didn’t end in sadness and I can look back at it with happiness and can enjoy all the memories without thinking about the game and what could have been. This year has been about tons of growth as players and as a team, we were so close to making London and I’ve had that feeling too many times and was wondering if all the work being put in would ever amount to anything. However, being able to qualify to EWC, win EWC, win Stage 2 in São Paulo and then get top 3 in Champions Shanghai and to be able to see all the fans cheering us on has been a blessing and I could only dream about the run we have gone on in these past 4 months. Happy to have this amazing team @bangzerra @Cryocells_ @vorazune @Timotino7 @FollowNbs @d00mbr0s and it has been a great year together. Thank you to everyone who has been with me from the beginning, middle, and end. Maybe the game is giving back a little to me ❤️

Seeing this and the trophies being stolen/vandalized really pisses me off. Those trophies are the symbol of a lifetime of work for many. This is especially hard on such a big day for @TeamVitality. I hope these people are found and prosecuted. My heart goes out to the good people of France.

Our year now comes to an end. Regardless of the loss, I'm proud of my team and what we accomplished this year. We started this year on the backfoot, and when we found our stride we rode it all the way.
I came into this year with no expectations, and winning together made me realize how much we were capable of. Looking back it, I guess it was a pretty solid run. I learned a lot this year, and I'm very motivated for whats next.

honestly i can say this year ended with no regrets. I feel devastated but I’m just so grateful it all happened. I lifted two trophies this year and I will never stop working until the last.
