Not to be overly specific but the Alpine Horn somewhat loses it's novelty/charm when you've been stuck behind one for several hours in a procession through Prague.

As a chronically ill person I often accidentally steal from my future energy reserve. Whether on purpose (like attending something important) or on accident (like cleaning a little too much) but it can end up affecting the next day or the next WEEKS. It’s hard for people to understand. But this is why I try so hard to pace myself even though I wish I could do more.
On a daily basis I find myself surrounded by colleagues eating crisps. The crisps are not there when I arrive, but they always appear. I get there at different times, but it is always crisp time. Why is it always crisp time? Why are there communal crisps on a hospital ward? Help.
Wanted to check I wasn't about to shut Gaia in the kitchen so started loudly telling the other 2 cats how beautiful/handsome they are and within seconds I hear a "Mrrrp?" and guess who appears at the top of the stairs 😂
When I was on long term sick leave Occ Health made sure I knew it was okay to do things that made me happy even when I wasn't able to work.
