Little Woody. 💙
Our first weekend walk today.
We got stopped by lots of people asking about him!
Lovely afternoon for a walk.

@DVSAgovuk any tips on how to book a driving test please?
Months to wait and 25000 in the queue every day when we try to get a cancellation.
Seems so unfair on a 17 year old who is ready to test; potentially having to pay out for months more of not-needed driving lessons.
And that’s another year @WestwoodPriSch …still the best job in the world ❤️
And these flowers… from a parent who told me they are very grateful they now value good attendance and thank you for supporting and keeping on at them!

It’s been a happy half term of long beach walks in beautiful Yorkshire and ending with a day trip of sightseeing in London.
Lovely memories made.
Now the alarm is set …all ready for another half term.
A great final day with my first NPQSL cohort.
Our professional discussions have led to a deeper understanding of the roles and responsibilities of senior leaders.
A privilege watching participants develop; I’m proud to have been part of this. @bestpracticenet @ElliotSchools
I really enjoyed this opportunity to lead and facilitate professional discussions between our ECTs @ElliotSchools
Our team had a fantastic time visiting @ElliotSchools last week. They're hard at work delivering #EarlyCareerFramework induction conferences to Year 1 ECTs👨🏫
It's great to see everyone so engaged in their professional development! Keep tagging us in your photos✨
World Teachers’ Day
I decided, aged 4, I was going to be a teacher and 21 years into the job I’ve never (well maybe once or twice!) looked back.
Thanking all those who have supported, motivated and inspired me along the way ❤️
Off to Birmingham today to lead the @bestpracticenet Induction Conference for our ECTs @ElliotSchools
Looking forward to meeting everyone and to engaging in professional discussions to support development.
Brand new @BritishGas boiler fitted three weeks ago.
Woke up to water leak coming from it yesterday. 24 hours later sitting at home waiting for engineer.
Not what I expected when purchasing a new one @BritishGas
My new @Headteacherchat planner arrived today. Lots of useful notes pages…now to start my jottings #leadership #education #planner
I am most definitely a paper and pen person!
My @Headteacherchat planner has been key to my organisation and time management this year.
So many useful sections to organise my thoughts and my time.
Looking forward to jotting in my 24/5 planner.
'To plan is to believe in a better tomorrow' and don't we LOVE to plan here at
@headteacherchat! There's nothing more exciting than seeing something that you have planned come in to fruition. headteacherchat.com/planners… #organised #ofsted #schoolimprovement #schoolleadership

A great evening @NealeWade listening to @Emma_Turner75 sharing her knowledge about research informed practice.
Lots to think about and take away.
Thank you @ECF_Evidence
