The status quo of heavy traffic and dangerous intersections is not acceptable. The city has the tools to change this, it just needs the will to do so.

@AaronPeskin, @jeffreytumlin we need immediate traffic calming intervention at these intersections and long term plans to reduce traffic volume and speeds throughout the neighborhood.

LPN is proud to support Prop. J on the Nov. 2022 ballot. @JFKPromenade has become an indispensable community space where people from all walks of life can get outside safely away from cars. It would be a tragedy to lose it. Vote Yes on J and No on I! safeparksforall.com
@JFKPromenade is an oasis for residents of dense, urban neighborhoods like ours. It’s not easy for kids in our neighborhood to find the space to ride bikes, skate or play outside safely. Car-free JFK gives us this space. youtu.be/1QXo34gGlU8
