TOPIC #118: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO GCV AMBASSADORS AND SPECIAL ENVOYS
Conclusion of the Pioneer’s Handbook ( updater version)
2025 marks an extraordinary and historic moment in our shared journey for Pi Network and Global GCV Movement. They finally "married " together.
From this moment forward, we officially enter a new chapter that I proudly name:
The GCV Economy Era
With this milestone, the Pioneer’s Handbook reaches its conclusion.
This is my 118th article. In Chinese culture, 118 symbolizes prosperity and good fortune—a perfect symbol for closing one historic chapter and opening another.
These final words are dedicated to all pioneers, merchants, ambassadors, envoys, and warriors whose unity, discipline, and perseverance made the GCV dream a reality.

1. The Origin of GCV — A Seed Planted in China
The GCV Movement began in China, nurtured by pioneers with vision, courage, and deep study.
In February 2022, Mr. Rong Zhang Bao launched the Pi Network International Seminar, calling pioneers to study Pi deeply, understand its mission, and define its economic value.
After months of collective research and surveys, Chinese pioneers established the foundational consensus value: $314,159.
In May 2022, Mr. Bao Rong Zhang and I, together with Nigerian pioneer Mr. Woody, launched three international Twitter Space conferences. Mr. Woody's influence helped introduce GCV to tens of thousands of pioneers worldwide, marking the true beginning of GCV's international journey.
I would like to acknowledge
Mr. Rong Zhang Bao, former community leader in China, as the founder of GCV,
Mr. Woody Lightyear, former community leader in Nigeria, as a key supporter of GCV at early stage
Their contributions during the early stages of GCV in 2022 were essential.
The early path, however, was not easy.
GCV faced misunderstandings, attacks, misinformation, and division.
My speeches were removed from groups. Leaders became confused or misled. Some pioneers, lacking education, turned toward black markets.
At that point, I made a deliberate decision:
I stepped back from global expansion and devoted one full year exclusively to the China community.
During that year, Chinese merchants contributed nearly USD 10 million worth of products through GCV barter. However, because pioneers had no Pi available in their wallets, many transactions relied on contracts without Pi or fiat settlement. This created no usable GCV data, and eventually many merchants—unable to sustain operations—left the movement.
From this experience, one truth became clear:
> Sustainability is essential.
Passion alone is not enough.
We must be rational, prepared, and educated.
To succeed, we must:
Use partial Pi + partial fiat
Build education before expansion
Protect merchants as carefully as pioneers
If pioneers only demand from merchants, the economy cannot survive.
If merchants collapse, GCV collapses.
This realization is why I began writing the Pioneer’s Handbook—to align pioneers and merchants under one sustainable economic vision.
---
2. Expanding Beyond Borders — The Global Rise of GCV
By 2023, it became clear that China alone could not generate sufficient global GCV data.
GCV had to rise worldwide.
One by one, visionary leaders emerged:
Ms. Lumari
Ms. Nonny
Mr. JoJo
Mr. M. Rad
Mr. Olivier
Mr. Iyanda
Mr. Patrick
Mr. Jason
…and many others.
Strong movements followed across the Philippines, Indonesia, Africa, the Arab Region, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, and throughout Africa and the Middle East.
Many pioneers who doubted GCV did so not out of malice—but from lack of study or misunderstanding of economic authority.
Let it be clear:
PCT manages technology
Pioneers manage the economy
GCV is our responsibility and our consensus authority
Those who studied deeply developed 100% trust and confidence.

Doris Yin: Europe Must Unite to Overcome the Debt Crisis — Learn from South Korea and Build a New Financial Future
Europe is facing a serious challenge. France and several other European countries are struggling with high public debt, persistent budget deficits, rising borrowing costs, and growing social tensions.
The recent student protests in France, which have spread to other European countries, began with concerns about education funding, school conditions, and the cost of living. These concerns deserve attention. However, we must also understand the deeper economic pressures facing governments.
When a country carries enormous debt, the government cannot simply spend more money indefinitely without considering how that spending will be financed. Interest payments consume public resources that could otherwise support education, healthcare, infrastructure, and social services.
France's borrowing costs have risen sharply, with its 10-year government bond yield exceeding 5% in October 2026. Its fiscal challenges have become more difficult amid political divisions and delays in passing the national budget.
This is precisely when a nation needs unity, clear thinking, and responsible action—not escalating conflict that makes an already difficult situation worse.
1. Protest Alone Cannot Solve a Debt Crisis
When governments face financial pressure, difficult decisions must be made. Pension reform, public spending, taxation, employment, and economic growth are all interconnected.
France has struggled to advance pension reform, including the proposal to raise the retirement age from 62 to 64. Such changes are controversial because they affect people's lives. Nevertheless, when populations age and the number of retirees grows relative to the working population, pension systems face increasing pressure.
We must recognize a fundamental economic reality: a country cannot permanently solve its financial problems simply by demanding more spending while ignoring its ability to generate revenue.
Violence, destruction, prolonged political paralysis, and declining investor confidence can make recovery more difficult. When investors demand higher interest rates to lend to a government, the cost of servicing public debt rises, placing even greater pressure on public finances.
The answer is not to ignore people's concerns. It is to address those concerns while confronting the country's economic reality honestly and responsibly.
2. Learn from South Korea: Turn Crisis into Collective Action
When I traveled to South Korea, my tour guide told me about the Korean people's response to the 1997 Asian financial crisis.
During that difficult period, millions of Koreans voluntarily contributed their gold jewelry—including wedding rings and other treasured possessions—to help the country address its foreign debt and currency crisis.
This became known as the national gold-collection campaign. It demonstrated the extraordinary power of collective responsibility.
The campaign alone did not resolve the crisis. South Korea also undertook major financial and corporate restructuring and worked to restore international confidence. Yet the people's willingness to act together remains a powerful lesson for the world.
When a nation faces a serious crisis, its citizens must understand the situation, work together, and contribute to economic recovery in practical ways.
We should learn from this spirit: instead of allowing disagreements to divide society further, people can unite to improve productivity, strengthen businesses, create employment, develop new industries, and build a stronger economic future.
3. The World Needs a New Financial Paradigm
The challenges facing France are not unique. Many countries are dealing with high debt, rising living costs, economic uncertainty, and pressure on public finances.
These problems invite us to think beyond conventional approaches and explore new ways to create economic value, expand participation, and strengthen cooperation.
As the founder and chairperson of the Global GCV Movement, I believe that Pi Network offers pioneers an opportunity to participate in building a new economic ecosystem.
Pi's vision deserves to be studied seriously. Through learning, practical participation, merchant adoption, and the development of useful applications, pioneers can help advance a community-driven economic model.
This requires effort from all of us. We cannot simply wait for others to change the world. We must educate ourselves, understand the Pi white paper, support ecosystem development, and turn our collective participation into meaningful economic activity.
4. Every Pioneer Can Contribute
We have pioneers across Europe and around the world. Many people have a mobile phone and can dedicate just one minute each day to learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting the development of the Pi ecosystem.
Imagine what we can accomplish when millions of people work consistently toward a shared vision.
We can educate more citizens about economic participation, encourage merchant adoption, support practical applications, and help communities understand the opportunities offered by emerging digital economies.
We must also recognize that meaningful economic progress requires real productivity, useful services, responsible participation, and sustainable economic activity.
A better future will not be built by waiting, complaining, or fighting endlessly. It will be built by people who learn, cooperate, create value, and take action.
France and Europe need solutions that strengthen their economies and restore confidence. The world needs more cooperation, greater economic participation, and new approaches to creating value.
Let us learn from South Korea's spirit of unity, recognize the challenges facing our societies, and work together toward a new financial future.
Pioneers, let us study the Pi white paper, support Pi's vision, expand real-world adoption, and contribute our time and knowledge to building a better economic ecosystem.
Even one minute a day can become meaningful when millions of people act together.
The future belongs to those who recognize the challenges, unite their efforts, and turn opportunities into action.
5. Pi Network Can Give Ordinary People New Opportunities
Pi Network can help resolve many uncertainties and give ordinary people opportunities to change their lives.
Therefore, I strongly recommend that all pioneers across European countries learn from South Korea's spirit of unity, value the opportunity Pi offers, and actively contribute to the Pi community and ecosystem. Pi Network can provide us with opportunities to work toward financial freedom and create a better future for ourselves and our families.
Let us cherish this opportunity, support Pi's vision, and work together to build a new economic future.
Thank you so much, everyone.

GCV PIONEER COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERIES #135
PIONEERS’ AWARENESS DETERMINES MIGRATION SPEED
Fellow Pioneers,
Why have the results you expected still not arrived?
The problem is that many Pioneers are focusing on the wrong things instead of building the ecosystem, improving awareness, and taking practical action to support Pi’s long-term vision!
For more than a year, many Pioneers have been waiting for good news, hoping for faster KYC processing and large-scale migration. Yet they have spent enormous amounts of time discussing the Clarity Act, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), traditional cryptocurrencies, and digital assets.
Ask yourself: How much does spending time on these topics actually contribute to Pi’s large-scale migration?
If we want results, we must focus our efforts on the things that genuinely help Pi grow!
1. First, Understand Pi’s Mission
Pi’s vision is to serve ordinary people and grassroots communities by creating more economic opportunities through digital currency.
But if everyone simply holds Pi and waits for its price to rise, while nobody actually uses Pi and nobody actively encourages merchants to accept it, how can Pi enter the real economy and achieve genuine circulation?
If Pi is to become a currency, people must use it!
Our responsibility is not to spend all day watching what others are doing. It is to build our own ecosystem, improve Pioneer awareness, and take practical action to support Pi’s long-term vision.
2. Why Is Large-Scale Migration So Important?
Pioneer consensus has already laid an important foundation for Pi’s development. The next step is to expand applications, encourage real-world use, and build a more mature economic ecosystem.
However, large-scale migration also involves market risks. If large amounts of Pi enter the market while many holders are eager to sell at the same time, significant selling pressure may arise. These are risks the Core Team must consider.
We cannot continuously demand faster migration while ignoring the importance of ecosystem development.
Migration and ecosystem development are closely connected. The more mature the ecosystem becomes, the stronger the foundation for Pi’s long-term development.
3. Pioneer Awareness Determines Migration Speed
Some Pioneers believe that simply refusing to sell their Pi means they have fulfilled their responsibility.
But Pi’s development does not depend solely on whether individuals sell their Pi. It is also influenced by community behavior, market conditions, and ecosystem development.
If everyone thinks only about personal interests and treats ecosystem building as someone else’s responsibility, how can we achieve widespread adoption?
If you want faster KYC processing and large-scale migration, you cannot simply sit back and wait. You must improve your own understanding, educate more Pioneers, and actively participate in ecosystem development.
- Improve awareness: Help Pioneers truly understand Pi’s long-term vision and the importance of ecosystem development.
- Spread accurate information: Help the community understand the facts and distinguish reliable information from misinformation.
- Develop the community: Encourage more Pioneers to participate in ecosystem building.
- Expand merchant adoption: Encourage more merchants to accept Pi.
- Promote real transactions: Bring Pi into everyday economic activities.
The more Pioneers understand Pi’s vision and actively participate in building the ecosystem, the more favorable conditions we can create for widespread adoption and large-scale migration.
4. Focus on What Truly Matters
Do not spend all your time discussing CBDCs, the Clarity Act, and traditional cryptocurrencies while neglecting what our own ecosystem actually needs.
We must clearly identify our priorities:
1. Improve Pioneer awareness so more people understand Pi’s long-term vision.
2. Build a stronger community that encourages active participation.
3. Expand merchant adoption and create more real-world use cases.
4. Promote genuine transactions and bring Pi into everyday economic life.
5. Continue building the ecosystem and creating the conditions for Pi’s long-term development.
We cannot achieve the results we want simply by following the news and waiting for announcements.
We must take action to create the conditions that make those results possible!
A FINAL CALL TO ACTION
Fellow Pioneers, the key question is not how much time you spend discussing Pi every day. The real question is whether you truly understand Pi’s long-term vision and whether your actions help bring that vision to life.
Pioneer awareness influences Pioneer behavior. Pioneer behavior drives ecosystem participation. Ecosystem participation lays the foundation for widespread adoption and large-scale migration.
Stop focusing on the wrong things. Stop passively waiting for results.
Improve awareness. Develop the community. Expand merchant adoption. Promote real transactions. Build the ecosystem!
Let our actions align with Pi’s long-term vision, and work together to turn that vision into reality.
GLOBAL GCV MOVEMENT
IMPROVE PIONEER AWARENESS! BUILD THE PI ECOSYSTEM! SUPPORT PI’S LONG-TERM VISION! LAY A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR LARGE-SCALE MIGRATION!

Your Biggest Misconception: Believing the Project Team Will Put Money in Your Pocket!
Global Pioneers, Wake Up! Technical upgrades do not equal economic returns. The real challenge is turning Pi into practical applications, real transactions, and genuine economic value!
The biggest mistake in our community is believing that if the project team continues upgrading its technology, we will eventually receive money and enjoy economic returns.
This is a HUGE misconception!
Many Pioneers treat Pi like traditional cryptocurrencies, believing they only need to wait for exchange listings and price increases to make money. But let me be clear: If everyone waits and nobody uses Pi, its price cannot sustainably rise simply because people are waiting!
Without real demand, practical applications, and continuous economic activity, Pi may face significant downward price pressure. Nobody can guarantee economic returns simply by waiting.
A Priceless Treasure Is in Your Hands, Yet You Fail to Recognize Its Potential!
If you possess a treasure but do not understand it, learn about it, or use it, how can you unlock its potential?
The issue is not simply whether you hold Pi. It is whether you understand its vision and actively participate in building its ecosystem.
If you keep waiting for the project team to put money in your pocket, you will remain passive. Technology development cannot replace our own economic participation!
Learning Is Not About Waiting. Learning Is About Taking Action!
Study the Whitepaper, Pioneers Handbook, and GCV Education Series. Understand Pi’s vision, learn the principles of GCV, and discover how you can contribute to ecosystem development.
We need more Pioneers using Pi, more merchants joining the Industry Alliance, more goods and services entering the ecosystem, and more genuine transactions taking place.
This is the key to MASS ADOPTION!
Global Pioneers, Your Future Requires Action!
Even if you have a job today, nobody can guarantee that your financial situation will never change. Rising living costs, housing expenses, and economic uncertainty remind us that we must keep learning, improving our abilities, and creating opportunities.
If you have an opportunity to participate in building an emerging economic ecosystem but choose to do nothing, you may miss opportunities you could have helped create.
We cannot place all our hopes in the project team. Technology is important, but real economic value develops through cooperation, commerce, practical applications, and the participation of merchants and consumers.
For the GCV vision to become reality, we must work together!
- Learn: Study Pi, GCV, and the Pioneers Handbook.
- Educate: Share reliable information and help other Pioneers understand the vision.
- Build: Recruit merchants and expand the Industry Alliance.
- Use: Support practical applications and genuine Pi transactions.
- Act: Turn our shared vision into measurable progress.
Stop being a Pioneer who only waits! Become a Pioneer who participates, builds, and creates value!
Ecosystem development takes time, but we must not waste that time waiting for others to deliver our future.
WAKE UP! START LEARNING! TAKE ACTION!
Let us work together to build the GCV ecosystem, promote Pi’s practical adoption, and create more opportunities for Pioneers around the world!

WARNING TO ALL PI PIONEERS
Exposing the “Pure Account” Myth and the “Dual Value” Claims
For more than a year, people have continued spreading claims about so-called Pi “pure accounts,” “purity badges,” and “Dual Value.” These claims have created fear and confusion, causing many pioneers to hesitate to purchase Pi through exchanges.
I firmly oppose the spread of unverified rules, fear-based misinformation, and misleading claims made under the names of Pi Network or GCV!
1. Where Is the Official Evidence for “Pure Accounts”?
Some people claim that if pioneers purchase Pi from an exchange and transfer it to their own wallets, their accounts will be labeled “impure” and may even be banned.
I have personally purchased Pi through exchanges multiple times, transferred it to my own wallet, and locked up my Pi. Many other pioneers have done the same.
If a pioneer mines 100 Pi and then purchases another 2 Pi through an exchange and transfers them to their wallet, what official rule proves that the wallet automatically becomes “impure”?
Who established this rule? Where has Pi Network officially announced it? Where is the verifiable technical evidence?
2. Self-Written Code Is Not an Official Rule!
Anyone can write or modify code. With AI tools such as ChatGPT, generating code that looks technical and convincing is easier than ever.
Someone can create a field called “purity badge” or “pure account,” but that does not mean Pi Network has officially adopted such a mechanism or that this rule actually exists on the blockchain.
A few lines of code are not an official announcement. A self-written program does not automatically become a blockchain rule!
Pioneers must be alert to attempts to use unverified claims to create fear, discourage exchange purchases, undermine market confidence, or potentially create opportunities for buying Pi at lower prices.
3. Beware of “Dual Value” Claims and Unauthorized GCV Activities!
Pioneers must also be cautious about so-called “Dual Value” systems and other value concepts that lack official verification. Do not trust someone simply because they use the names Pi Network or GCV.
Some individuals also use the GCV name to promote unauthorized activities involving card issuance, fundraising, and the establishment of supposed national offices.
Using the GCV name does not mean someone is authorized by the Global GCV Movement. Claiming a title does not mean someone represents our official position!
For official positions, appointments, and authorizations of the Global GCV Movement, verify information through our official channels and look for formal documents signed by me, Doris Yin. Always verify authorization before making payments or transferring funds.
4. Every Pioneer Must Remember These Principles!
- Pi Network technology, policies, and official rules: Follow official Pi Network announcements, official channels, and verifiable technical documentation. Verify information through the official Pi Network application on your phone.
- Global GCV Movement matters: Follow information released through our authorized official channels and verify formal documents bearing my signature.
- Claims about “pure accounts,” “Dual Value,” and other unverified concepts: Demand official sources and technical evidence. Do not blindly trust screenshots, self-written code, or unauthorized promotional materials.
Pioneers, keep learning and develop your own independent judgment. Do not blindly follow others, and do not allow misinformation to control your decisions.
For Pi Network technical matters, follow Pi Network's official sources. For GCV Movement matters, follow the official Global GCV Movement!

GCV PIONEER COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERIES #131
Understanding the CLARITY Act and Pi Network Through a Simple Everyday Example
Dear Pioneers,
Why do we say that Pi Network’s future does not depend on the U.S. CLARITY Act?
Let me explain this with a simple example from everyday life.
1. What Does the CLARITY Act Regulate?
Imagine you go to a local marketplace to buy vegetables.
The government establishes rules for the marketplace, regulates business activities, and sets standards for transactions. This is regulation.
The U.S. CLARITY Act primarily focuses on establishing a clearer regulatory framework for digital asset markets.
Today, Pi is also traded on exchanges and may be treated by market participants as a digital asset.
However, Pi’s vision goes beyond simply being a digital asset that people buy, sell, or hold. Our vision is to build an ecosystem that enables Pi to serve practical functions as a digital currency.
2. What Is the Difference Between a Digital Asset and a Digital Currency?
Let us return to our marketplace example.
Imagine buying an item and keeping it at home as something you own. The focus is on holding that item.
Now imagine using money to buy vegetables. The seller uses the money received to purchase supplies, pay expenses, and conduct further business. Other people use money to buy goods and services, and money continues to circulate throughout the economy.
This illustrates an important distinction:
- Digital asset: Something that can be held or traded, subject to its characteristics and applicable laws.
- Digital currency in practical use: A means of payment that can facilitate transactions involving goods and services and participate in economic activity.
We want Pi to move beyond being viewed solely through the lens of exchange trading. Through merchant adoption, real payments, and ecosystem development, we aim to expand its practical use as a digital currency.
3. Why Can’t the CLARITY Act Build the Pi Ecosystem for Us?
The government can establish rules for a marketplace, but those rules cannot automatically bring in customers or make every merchant successful.
Likewise, even if the CLARITY Act provides greater regulatory clarity for digital asset markets, it will not automatically build Pi’s merchant network, create payment opportunities, or generate real transactions.
Regulating a market is not the same as creating economic activity. Establishing rules is not the same as building an ecosystem.
The CLARITY Act focuses primarily on digital asset market regulation. It is not a dedicated program designed to build grassroots, community-driven digital currency ecosystems around the world.
Of course, this does not mean Pi is exempt from applicable laws during its development. Whether particular laws apply depends on the activities involved and the relevant jurisdiction.
4. What Should Pi Pioneers Focus On?
Imagine a marketplace with plenty of regulations but no merchants, no customers, and no buying or selling.
Can that marketplace thrive?
Of course not!
The same principle applies to Pi. To expand its practical use as a digital currency, we must do the work ourselves:
- Educate Pioneers so more people understand Pi’s ecosystem vision.
- Develop merchant adoption so more businesses can accept Pi payments.
- Promote real transactions so Pi can circulate through economic activity.
- Build practical applications that create useful services and sustainable demand.
As new economic models and applications develop, regulatory frameworks may also evolve. Whether specialized regulatory frameworks will emerge for grassroots digital currency ecosystems remains to be seen.
But one thing is clear: We cannot wait for future regulations to build the ecosystem today.
Conclusion: Build the Ecosystem to Expand Real-World Utility
Dear Pioneers,
The CLARITY Act focuses on regulatory rules for digital asset markets. Our focus is on building an ecosystem in which Pi can serve practical functions through real transactions and economic participation.
Pi is currently traded on exchanges as a digital asset, but our vision should not stop at exchange trading.
We want to build an economic ecosystem with merchants, goods, services, real transactions, and sustainable economic activity.
The CLARITY Act may establish rules, but it cannot create economic activity for us. Regulation may govern a market, but it cannot fulfill our digital currency vision on our behalf.
Do not focus only on when a particular law will be passed.
Let us concentrate on educating Pioneers, developing merchant networks, promoting real transactions, and building the Pi ecosystem.
Pi’s future must be built through our own efforts!

3 - Roots Over Code
"I have always said that I do not support proving the success of the GCV movement based purely on technical codes or external, superficial evidence. Technical blueprints are important, but without a deeply educated and committed community, they are like a tree without roots. When the storms of the financial world hit, a rootless tree will always fall. Our true success lies in the strength of our consensus, our daily education, and the unbreakable foundation we build within the hearts of millions of pioneers worldwide."

2 - The Price of Awakening
"People often ask me, 'Doris, what is the cost of achieving the GCV movement?' And my answer is always the same: Pi Network does not ask for your money or your capital. The only price you need to pay is a fundamental shift in your mindset. You must liberate yourselves from the old fiat mentality of wanting to dump your coins for quick cash. We need a collective awakening of thought. Once you realize that your Pi is the ultimate tool for global barter, you will protect it fiercely and value it beyond figures."

1 - The True Essence of Value
"My dear pioneers, we must deeply understand that the value of Pi Network is not determined by the speculative prices of traditional crypto exchanges. Traditional markets are driven by short-term manipulation and greed, but Pi is built on something far greater. Its true power comes from the global consensus of our community. When we establish and maintain a unified value, we are not just trading; we are rewriting the laws of global economics. Remember, price is what you pay, but value is what you build together as a united family."

🪷 GCV: From Community Consensus to Global Recognition
The recent development of Open Standard and OUSD gives the Pi community an important opportunity to understand how digital value is increasingly connecting with global payment, financial, and commercial infrastructure.
🌍 What Is Open Standard & OUSD?
Open Standard is the company behind Open USD (OUSD), with the mission of building internet-native money that enables businesses to move money in a faster, more global, programmable, and efficient way.
OUSD is designed for banking, cross-border payments, settlement, institutional trading, and global commerce.
Its founding partners include Coinbase, Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe, and Visa, with more than $1 billion in near-term launch liquidity committed by the founding partners. Open Standard also says more than 200 financial institutions, fintechs, banks, and global businesses have joined its network.
Open Standard's partner ecosystem includes major names such as BlackRock, BNY, Google, UBS, SBI Holdings, Mastercard, Visa, Stripe, Shopify, Coinbase, Solana, Base, Tempo, and Pi Network.
OUSD is a USD-backed stablecoin, issued by Bridge, a Stripe company. Its reserves are held with BlackRock, Lead Bank, and BNY, with monthly reserve attestations planned.
OUSD supports 1:1 USD minting and redemption, and its infrastructure provides tools for settlement, payment orchestration, FX, wallets, cards, trading, and other financial services. It is native on Base, Ethereum, Solana, and Tempo.
Stripe has also integrated OUSD across products including Treasury, Issuing, Global Payouts, Crypto Onramp, and Payments.
In simple terms, OUSD is not simply another digital token. It is designed as infrastructure connecting digital dollars with payments, commerce, banking, and global financial services.
🪷 OUSD Is Not GCV
We should clearly understand:
OUSD is not GCV, and OUSD does not replace GCV.
They serve different functions.
GCV represents a community value consensus within the Pi ecosystem.
OUSD represents financial and payment infrastructure that can connect digital value with broader networks.
🌎 How Can GCV Develop?
Many pioneers ask:
“When will GCV be officially announced?”
“Will the project ever announce GCV?”
Instead of waiting for an announcement, we should understand that community consensus can develop through actual participation and use.
The development path can be:
Community Consensus → Real Use → Real Transactions → Ecosystem Growth → External Connectivity → Broader Recognition
The more pioneers understand GCV, support real utility, participate in legitimate transactions, and build businesses around the ecosystem, the stronger the internal economic network can become.
As the ecosystem grows, it may create more opportunities for external businesses and financial infrastructure to connect with it.
Therefore, broader recognition should come not simply from waiting for someone to announce it, but from real adoption, real economic activity, and real-world connectivity.
🤝 What Can Pioneers Do?
1. Understand GCV and explain it accurately.
2. Avoid confusion and do not spread unverified information.
3. Promote utility through legitimate real-world use.
4. Build merchant networks within your community.
5. Support real transactions instead of only discussing value.
6. Educate and share accurate information.
7. Connect with legitimate global ecosystems and infrastructure.
8. Lead by example instead of waiting.
🪷 The GCV Development Cycle
Understand → Unite → Educate → Use → Build → Expand → Connect
GCV is not simply something we wait to hear about.
It is a community consensus that becomes stronger through understanding, participation, real use, and ecosystem development.
Unite. Build. Use. Connect with the World.

Why Is Basic Education for Pioneers So Important?
Why do I keep emphasizing basic education for Pioneers?
From my observation of the global community, I believe that perhaps as many as 90% of Pioneers still do not fully understand one fundamental point:
We are not customers of Pi. We are participants and builders of its ecosystem.
Many Pioneers think, “I have been mining for years, so the project team should give me a result.”
But the project team never promised that simply mining for several years would automatically produce the result you expect. Pi’s success requires not only technological development, but also community participation.
So the fundamental change we need is to move from “waiting for a result” to “participating in creating the result.”
Why did so many Pioneers develop the wrong understanding?
Because many people were introduced to Pi with incorrect ideas from the beginning. The people who introduced them did not fully understand it themselves, so the same misunderstanding was passed from one person to another.
Wrong understanding was repeated from one generation of Pioneers to the next.
Some Pioneers also refuse to learn more because they already assume:
“Isn’t Pi just another cryptocurrency?”
So they evaluate Pi using the same mindset they use for traditional cryptocurrencies.
But in my understanding and vision, Pi is not simply another crypto asset whose purpose depends mainly on trading and price fluctuations.
What we are pursuing is not merely a coin to trade. We want a currency that people can actually use, merchants can accept, an ecosystem can support, and that can ultimately have broad economic utility.
If this vision can eventually be achieved, its significance could extend beyond individual wealth. It could create new economic opportunities and potentially contribute to greater economic activity, stability, and long-term prosperity.
Of course, achieving such a vision depends on many real-world factors—including technology, ecosystem development, merchant participation, community adoption, and the regulatory environment. No individual can guarantee the final outcome.
But one thing remains in our own hands:
Our mindset and our actions.
We do not need to blindly invest money that we cannot afford to lose.
What we need is education, understanding, ecosystem building, support for real utility, and a change in the way we think.
Today, the technology continues to develop, and the GCV community has also done a great deal of preparation.
What most urgently needs to change now is the mindset of the people.
When thinking changes, action changes.
So every Pioneer should seriously examine their own reality:
Does your current income truly give you financial security?
Can you properly support your family?
Can you educate your children, care for your parents, and provide your family with a dignified life?
If you lost your job tomorrow, how long could your family continue without serious financial difficulty?
These questions are not intended to create fear. They are meant to help people clearly recognize reality.
Every person must take responsibility for their own life.
Regardless of how Pi ultimately develops, everyone should continue learning, growing, improving their judgment, and creating more possibilities for themselves and their families.
So when I speak about urgency, I do not mean panic.
I mean the sense of urgency that comes from becoming truly aware.
Learn. Understand. Act. Build.
Not only for yourself, but also for your family and for the more prosperous and stable society we hope to create.

Pi’s Success Is Within Reach
Today, Pi’s success is within reach.
Why?
Because we have an excellent project team with strong technology, resources, capability, commitment, and a long-term vision. At the same time, we have built the GCV community and accumulated substantial GCV data over the years.
But many people still misunderstand GCV.
They think that if GCV represents Pi’s value, it should immediately be convertible into cash at that value.
That is not what GCV means.
GCV is a standard—a standard for measuring the value of Pi.
Just as everyone must agree on the length of one meter before we can measure distance, a currency also needs a common standard of value. Historically, gold and silver currencies also had defined standards. Without standards, there can be confusion.
GCV is a value standard. It does not mean immediate cash conversion.
These are two completely different concepts.
Our goal is not to build another speculative asset whose price simply rises when people buy and falls when people sell.
Our goal is to build a currency that can be used for real goods, services, and economic activity.
So why do I say we are very close?
Because in my judgment:
The technology is ready.
The GCV foundation is ready.
What we need now is people.
We need more people to understand and accept Pi, more people to have wallets, more people to hold Pi, and more people to actually use it.
The biggest obstacle now is the mindset of Pioneers.
Too many people still look at Pi through the short-term speculative mindset of traditional cryptocurrency. Some lose confidence, leave, or sell because they only want immediate results.
This creates instability and naturally requires the project team to move cautiously.
But when the mindset of Pioneers becomes more stable and more people truly support the long-term development of Pi, it means that the risks coming from the community are decreasing.
In my view, as those risks decrease, the project team can take a more positive and confident approach toward KYC and Mainnet Migration, and the pace of migration can accelerate.
So stabilizing the mindset is not simply an educational issue—it can directly affect the speed at which the ecosystem moves forward.
When more Pioneers understand the long-term vision, more people hold and use Pi, and more people participate in the ecosystem, we move closer to our goal.
Technology is ready.
GCV is ready.
Now we need people.
Change the mindset. Reduce the risk. Expand adoption. Accelerate KYC and Migration. Build real utility.
Break through this final barrier, and success is within reach.

Official Statement of the GCV Global Movement — On Deviation, Misuse of the Movement's Name, and Our Responsibility to Pioneers
Dear Pioneer community,
The GCV Global Movement was founded on a simple idea: that the value of Pi can be $314,159 — and that if an ecosystem were built to make that idea real, Pioneers could reach the future they have worked toward for years. That idea belongs to the person who shared it in order to serve everyone, not to profit. For that reason, neither he nor any of us has received a single penny for this work in all these four years. and everything was free, because we believed that if this idea stayed pure, its benefit would reach everyone.
But today we must tell you something plainly and without concealment.
Some of those who came to help spread this idea realized that this space was an opportunity for personal gain. In appearance they preserved the idea, but in practice they turned it into a tool to fill their own pockets.
This stands in complete contradiction to the standards of the founder and to the standards of this movement. What has happened is not a difference of opinion, and not an innocent mistake. It is a betrayal of trust, and as such it must be named.
So we want to share one clear distinction with you:
Those who use GCV because they genuinely want to contribute to the success of the network and the Pioneer community, and who act transparently, are part of us.
Those who have put on this name in order to convert your trust into personal profit under the GCV banner are not part of us — even if they use the logo, a certificate, or a similar name.
Dear Pioneer, we ask one thing of you: do not assume that someone represents this movement simply because they talk about GCV, carry a name, show a certificate, or have a large following. Look at their actions. Look at their financial transparency. Look at where your money ultimately goes. If you are asked to pay money or buy a subscription to "support GCV," know that this is neither the founder's wish nor approved by us.
And one important point: do not follow anyone blindly — including us. We can educate, we can warn, and we can share the dangers we see with you. But the final decision about whom to trust and whom to pay is your own. That is the lesson we hope is the gift here.
The name GCV is no one's private property. But your trust is not private property that anyone can sell either. We will protect that trust, and the future we are all working toward together.
Respectfully,

Why GCV Community Education Is So Important — Education, Discernment, and Protection
Why do I keep emphasizing that education within the GCV community is so important?
Because many Pioneers still lack sufficient knowledge and independent judgment to clearly distinguish right from wrong. Sometimes they are misled by others, yet they continue helping those people spread their messages. Some may even pay money while believing that they are supporting GCV.
That is why I repeatedly say:
Education! Education! Education!
Pioneers must study, improve their understanding, and learn to think independently. Otherwise, it is very easy to start following personalities—listening to whoever speaks the loudest, believing whoever has the most followers, and chasing whoever creates the most excitement—without asking the most important questions:
What is this person actually doing?
Are they serving Pi Network, the GCV community, and the common interests of Pioneers—or primarily serving their own personal interests?
As the initiator and Founder of the Global GCV Movement, when I see that Pioneers may be misled, I believe I have a responsibility to speak up and warn everyone.
This does not mean that I want to control or monopolize GCV.
I do not need to own GCV.
What benefit would I gain from monopolizing GCV?
On the contrary, I want more and more people to truly recognize GCV, support GCV, use GCV, and help develop the ecosystem, ultimately contributing to the success of Pi Network.
GCV is not my personal property.
However, if someone uses the name of GCV, or takes advantage of the trust that Pioneers have placed in me, to create confusion; if someone operates under the banner of Global GCV Movement or a similar name in a way that causes Pioneers to believe that their activities are authorized or endorsed by us, and then uses that trust to collect money or pursue personaI interest, I have a responsibility to speak up.
Why?
Because I do not want Pioneers to be misled or deceived.
When Pioneers are misled, they may lose more than money. The trust of the entire community can also be damaged. A community filled with misinformation, confusion, and conflicts of interest cannot build a truly healthy ecosystem, and this can interfere with the progress we all hope to see for Pi Network.
Everyone must therefore understand one important distinction:
Some people may use GCV because they genuinely want to help Pi Network and the community succeed.
Others may use GCV primarily to expand their own influence or pursue personal interests.
Pioneers must learn to recognize the difference.
Do not trust someone simply because they talk about GCV. Do not assume that someone represents GCV simply because they use a particular logo or name, or because they have many followers.
Look at their actions.
Look at their transparency.
Look at how money is handled.
Look at who ultimately benefits.
I have also repeatedly told everyone:
Do not blindly follow anyone—including me.
I can educate you. I can warn you. I can share the risks that I see. But ultimately, whom you trust, whom you support, and whom you choose to give your money to are your own decisions.
So when I issue a warning, do not misunderstand it as an attempt to “own” or “control” GCV.
I do not need to own GCV.
What I want to prevent is the misuse of the GCV name or the trust of Pioneers to mislead people or turn the community’s trust into a tool for personal profit.
This is not ownership.
This is a warning.
This is education.
This is protection.
It is about protecting Pioneers, protecting the trust of our community, protecting the healthy development of GCV, and protecting the future we are all working toward for Pi Network.

Our community continues to be flooded with fake news, misleading information, and false messages.
In addition, some former so-called community leaders, GCV Ambassadors, and other influential individuals have begun charging Pioneers money. Although the amount may only be a few dozen dollars per person, when thousands or even tens of thousands of people are paying—and the collection continues—the total amount can become very significant.
So I want to tell everyone again:
Do not stop following my information simply because you have heard certain people attack or discredit me.
Why do I keep asking you to follow my account?
Because I have repeatedly warned you about these risks. I am trying to protect Pioneers.
If you carefully follow my information, you will know what to be cautious about and when you should NOT PAY MONEY.
Today, this problem has become very serious. Similar reports involving fees and so-called “GCV cash-out” schemes are appearing in different countries, and the problem continues to spread.
I have repeatedly emphasized:
GCV has received the support and trust of many Pioneers, but many Pioneers still do not truly understand GCV.
They do not read my articles. They do not follow the correct information. They do not like or repost the warnings.
What is the result?
Other people may be misled—and you may be misled too.
That is why spreading correct information is so important.
I am the Founder of the Global GCV Movement, and I have repeatedly told everyone:
If we have not truly reached the conditions for Value Mainnet, large-scale 100% Pi transactions at GCV cannot become a reality.
Even if one or two merchants or individuals voluntarily accept 100% Pi, those are isolated cases. A few individual examples do not mean that all Pioneers can already use 100% Pi for GCV transactions on a large scale.
At this stage, what we are promoting is a practical model of partial Pi + partial fiat.
If large-scale 100% Pi transactions for goods and services have not yet become a reality, then claims that you can simply pay someone now and have your Pi converted into cash at GCV should be treated with extreme caution.
Do you understand?
SPREAD MY INFORMATION! SPREAD IT EVERYWHERE, WITHOUT BLIND SPOTS!
THIS IS THE MOST, MOST IMPORTANT WORK FOR EVERYONE RIGHT NOW!
If you truly want to achieve results, then correct information must reach every country, every community, every group, and every Pioneer.
Otherwise, fake news and misleading information will occupy that space, and people will continue finding different reasons to persuade Pioneers to hand over their money.
I have warned everyone again and again.
Do not wait until you have already suffered a loss and then come back and ask:
“Teacher, why didn't anyone tell me?”
I am telling you now.
Do not easily hand over your money.
Do not believe claims that “if you pay, you can cash out at GCV.”
Follow the correct information.
Study. Like. Repost. Spread.
THIS IS THE MOST, MOST IMPORTANT WORK RIGHT NOW!
Protect yourself—and protect other Pioneers.

BE A TRUE BELIEVER IN GCV — NOT A BLIND BELIEVER, AND NOT AN EXPLOITER OF GCV
Be a true believer in GCV. Do not become a blind believer in GCV, and do not become an exploiter of GCV.
GCV means Global Consensus Value.
Why do I keep emphasizing that GCV does not need the Core Team to endorse it, and does not need the Core Team to announce it?
Why?
Because this is our responsibility.
Dr. Nicolas authorized Pioneers. Pioneers have the right and authority to decide, create, and build Pi’s value.
And this Pi value is necessary to fulfill Pi’s vision. According to the White Paper, it must have a Global Consensus Value; otherwise, it cannot achieve its goal.
But this is only the first step.
Many people say:
“GCV has succeeded.”
I say GCV has succeeded, but that does not mean Pi Network has succeeded.
Why?
Because the success of GCV only means that we have reached a consensus regarding Pi’s value—its intrinsic value.
For example, imagine that we have a ruler. Everyone agrees that a certain distance is one meter, or one centimeter.
That is all—it means we have reached a consensus.
But it is a necessary condition, not a sufficient condition.
Do you understand?
So when we complete GCV, do not doubt whether the project team will approve it.
They will accept it because we have the right to do it. They do not have that right. Do you understand?
We are the official ones. They are not the official ones.
They can only accept it. As long as we build it, they will naturally accept it, and the blockchain will accept it.
Do not have any doubts.
You doubt because you do not understand.
Second, why do I say that GCV succeeding does not mean Pi Network has succeeded?
For Pi Network to become a currency, there are two conditions.
Having a fixed value does not mean it has succeeded.
That is only theoretical.
We also need it in practice.
People must use it, accept it, recognize it, and keep it circulating.
We need more Pi wallets using it and more merchants accepting it, including, in the future, governments and banks accepting it.
For banks, governments, and companies to accept it, our Pi Network Community needs to build up trust in our community.
If our community is filled with lies and fraud everywhere, they will not come in. Do you understand?
Because this belongs to the economic sphere.
And economics involves what?
Risk.
It is a question of risk.
So what everyone needs to do is create the conditions for more merchants to use it.
We can start with partial fiat and partial Pi. This can protect merchants’ interests, so merchants do not have to take all the risk.
But the most important thing is still migration. Do you understand?
Right now, the amount of Pi in Pioneers’ wallets is not enough to form an economy.
Why?
Because it is too little, and there are too few people. It cannot yet form an economy.
But to achieve this goal, we need Pioneers to move toward Pi’s vision by holding it—not abandoning it, not stopping mining, and not selling everything on exchanges immediately after receiving and migrating their Pi.
If that happens, the project team will not dare to migrate more Pi. Do you understand?
You want migration. You want KYC, but you must provide the conditions first.
When they trust you, when they trust our community, then those approximately 900 KYBed entities—including banks, financial institutions, and large companies—will dare to sign.
Otherwise, Pioneers are being scammed every day. There are scammers, and there are people being scammed.
If this is the situation, then ask yourself:
Which company would dare to come in?
Which bank would dare to come in?

----------------------
Endless greetings to all respected guests attending this conference and to the organizers.
Greetings to Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis and Dr. Chengdiao Fan, creators of Pi Network and the esteemed Pi core team and programmers.
Greetings to Mrs. Doris Yin, founder and creator of GCV.
Greetings to all ambassadors, leaders, industrialists and dedicated pioneers who wholeheartedly support GCV with their full being, anonymous soldiers who spend all their capabilities to realize a great dream.
I, Majid Mousavi Rad, joined the great Pi Network community in 2021 upon the recommendation of Mr. Mehrdad Bagheri, my nephew on my sister's side, friend and work partner. Currently, I serve as the poster and symbol designer for the GCV team.
From my perspective, Pi Network is a great opportunity to create a better life for everyone, a gift that can put us on the right path of living.
When the Pi Network team introduced it to the world in 2019, nobody envisioned the vast and impactful dimensions Pi would have on people's lives.
People were faced with a mysterious box that they sought to unlock through their past experiences and knowledge, always striving to understand it. However, with the creation of Pi, we stood on the brink of one of the greatest metamorphoses in human life.
Ms. Doris Yin, with her knowledge and proper understanding of the value of this unique treasure, seeks to elucidate it to others and present a clear picture to the world by illuminating people's misconceptions, enabling them to realize the true value of Pi.
The GCV team, under her leadership, has devoted all their time and energy to fulfill this important mission and bring it to fruition.
Now, I genuinely request all pioneers to protect not only their precious being but also the treasure of Pi they have mined and recognize its value.
The symbol of the lotus flower embodies concepts such as unity, harmony, resilience, generosity, and patience. With its purple color, it emits a powerful energy and frequency. It was very appropriate for the GCV symbol because the Pi Network community and GCV are worthy of these titles, and the choice of a golden heart symbol with a decorated gold edge represents its nobility, glory, and grandeur.
Ms. Doris Yin's Chinese name is also Eastern Purple Lotus.
With the design of this emblem, I wanted to return the favor to the great community of Pi network and also appreciate her efforts and remind the Pi Network community of her name and influence.
((Now with seeing this symbol, in addition to the above meanings, the value of Pi is also imprinted in our minds : 314159$))
We humans are the heirs of the Earth and travelers of time; we have little time for our presence. Let us be trustworthy custodians along our life's journey, so that future generations remember us kindly. How wonderful it is not to spend our lives seeking and going to paradise, but rather creating it.
In conclusion, I refer to a poem whose poet I do not know, but it has been on the wall of my room for 30 years:
"Empty yourself of name and lineage,
Rise from the depths of speech,
Clothe yourself and others
In the most nameless names."
Endless gratitude to all of you who have listened to me until the end. I shake your kind and warm hands from afar and wish you health and happiness.
May we celebrate the grand GCV event on June 28th this year.
With respect,
M. Rad
