This is why I knew wokeness would begin to unravel with comedy. Comedy exposes it.
In early 2021, I was at Ysabel in LA with a Stanford MBA bro who insisted wokeness was never going to end due to how the ad industry works, but I was certain there could be some kind of random comedic event that inadvertently ended it. Babylon Bee getting banned was that event.

It’s going to be crazy when AI allows us to talk directly to dolphins, monkeys, and whales.

I think about this a lot. There’s a part of me that thinks wokeness would never have taken hold of The West if Steve Jobs was still alive because he would have openly rejected it and he was too important of a figure for everyone to ignore.
This should be easy to do. Advertising pharmaceuticals was already illegal until 1997, and the ad industry is one of the last bastions of wokeness. Therefore, this absolutely needs to be done because taking away the ad industry’s pharmaceutical money will crater wokeness.
I feel like race relations would be so much better if Black people just unironically said “dude” way more often.

If Jon Stewart had any authenticity, balls, or talent left he’d have his own independent podcast instead of continuing to appear on whatever this rotting corporate funded corpse of a show now is.
