RBI controls interest rates, Centre controls central taxes. But states also collect petrol tax and influence bus fares and electricity bills. If a CM can increase or reduce these costs, how can they have zero role in inflation? 🤷♂️ @dravida_mathiri
Everyone is blaming Jason for asking questions, but why is questioning a finance influencer suddenly a crime? 🤡
If you can influence people’s money, you should be ready to face tough questions. Criticism is not bullying, and followers don’t make anyone untouchable.
Since when did asking questions become worse than avoiding them? 🔥

Jio IPO or any IPO for that matter 😂
Blocking ₹15K for a single lot just to chase a listing gain of ₹1K–₹2K? And that too IF you get an allotment!
Is this investing or a lottery obsession? 🤡
Sometimes, the best IPO strategy is simply NOT applying. 🔥

Starlink could be the next BlackBerry.
Not a business that fails, but one that loses its dominance.
Competitors catch up, prices fall, margins shrink, and returns on massive investments decline.
The business survives. The moat disappears.
Great technology ≠ enduring dominance.
Dear Prime Minister Ambani,
Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India.
Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete?
There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better.
Thank you 🙏
So you're telling me I could build a portfolio that generates ₹30,000 per month in passive income without buying a single flat?
Here's how I'd allocate a ₹45 lakh portfolio:
50% – PGINVIT: ₹22.5 lakh
30% – INDIGRID: ₹13.5 lakh
20% – IRBINVIT: ₹9 lakh
💰 Target monthly income: ₹30,000
📈 Target annual income: ₹3.6 lakh
🎯 Illustrative distribution yield: 8% per year
Now compare that with investing ₹45 lakh in a residential flat.
A flat may generate rental income, but you also have to consider maintenance, property tax, vacancy periods, repairs, and tenant management.
With listed InvITs, you can invest in infrastructure assets, receive periodic distributions, and sell units through the stock market, subject to liquidity.
And in the future, I'd add REITs to diversify into income-generating commercial real estate.
The real question isn't just how much your asset appreciates. It's how much cash flow it generates on the capital invested.
Why lock up ₹45 lakh in a flat when an income-focused portfolio could be an alternative?
Important: The 8% yield is an assumption, not a guarantee. InvIT distributions can fluctuate, unit prices can fall, and taxes apply. Whether this outperforms a flat depends on actual rental yield, appreciation, expenses, taxes, and the investment period.
Started my official accumulation- 50 % pginvit 30% indigrid 20% IRBinvit
In future will add REITs too
target 30K per month on dividends for monthly home expense maintainance

CAS & Stop-Loss — simple example 👇
Buy Reliance at ₹1,000
SL = ₹950
Normally:
₹1,000 → ₹950 = ₹50 loss
But during CAS, don't assume your SL will protect you.
If CAS closes the stock at ₹920:
₹1,000 → ₹920 = ₹80 loss
Your planned SL is not guaranteed during CAS.
TCS laptop monitoring raises a bigger question than productivity.
For employees: transparency, privacy and trust matter. Monitoring tools can help cybersecurity and IT efficiency—but become problematic if they turn into digital surveillance or “activity policing.”
For shareholders, the test is simple: does this improve productivity and margins without hurting morale, retention and governance?
Watch: attrition, utilisation, margins and employee sentiment.

So you're telling me if I own 20,000 shares of ITC...
And ITC pays around ₹14.50 per share in annual dividends...
I'd receive about ₹2.9 lakh every year in dividend income—just for holding the stock.
That's roughly ₹72,500 every quarter on average.
Some people could retire off income like that.
Why aren't more people doing this?
JUBLFOOD’s next growth engine may not be pizza. 🍗
Domino’s remains the core business, but Popeyes is emerging as a serious challenger in India’s chicken QSR market.
Popeyes is already delivering 40%+ LFL growth and JUBLFOOD is targeting a ₹1,000 Cr business with ~250 stores.
KFC has the scale and first-mover advantage.
But Popeyes has something interesting: a tiny base + rapid expansion + strong product innovation.
If JUBLFOOD executes, Popeyes could become more than a second brand—it could become a genuine KFC challenger.
For JUBLFOOD investors, this is the optionality I'm watching. 👀

So you’re telling me if I own ₹1 crore worth of Coal India…
And Coal India pays around ₹26.50 per share in annual dividends…
I’d receive roughly ₹6.2 lakh every year in dividend income.
That’s about ₹52,000 per month on average—just for holding the stock.
Not investing advice. Just sharing to show the power of dividends and compounding.
The idea of owning productive assets that pay you while you hold them is fascinating. 📈
So you’re telling me if I own 20,000 shares of Vedanta…
And Vedanta pays around ₹34 per share in annual dividends…
I’d receive about ₹6.8 lakh every year in dividend income—just for holding the stock.
That’s roughly ₹1.7 lakh every quarter on average.
Some people could retire off income like that.
Why aren’t more people doing this?
