The time has come to say good-bye to Twixter. The changes over the past several months have made things less convenient, and all the other stuff... just can't do it anymore.
I'm not deleting the account, but logging out and deleting it from my phone. Best of luck.

In the past 72 hours, it’s been incredibly disturbing to watch the attempted justification or rationalization for the terrorist group Hamas brutally murdering more than 900 people in Israel and taking 150 hostage in a coordinated attack that targeted civilians.

I understand why a lot of non-actor/writer crew members are frustrated about the strike—I get it, I do—but this fight is also about YOU. We are striking for your job security, as much as our own.
Imagine this scenario: 100 background actors are hired for a scene.

@fasagames's new #1879RPG #kickstarter went live earlier today. Map geeks (me!) and history geeks (also me!) will love it as much as people who love good #ttrpgs (yep, me again!)

Gaming red flags:
People who brag about TPKs
People who are dismissive of session 0 or safety tools.
People who make fun of how stupid their players are.
People who unironicly complain about something being too "woke."

Ok Twitter - your reach is finicky...help me out here: Does anyone have a line on a career counselor? Someone who goes through strengths and weaknesses, helps pick an area of focus, and suggests certificates/courses/seminars to help build towards a destination?

TW: falsely associating LGBTQIA people with child predators.
I feel obligated, as a child protection professional, to point out that this response by Babylon Bee editor Joel Berry to @mattnightingale is wildly untrue. It's not only untrue, it's a dangerous lie.
ALT A screenshot of a tweet by @JoelWBerry to @mattnightingale from September 5, 2023 that says, "IF you wanna go there, the rate of pedophilia in the LGBTQ community is higher than any other community on the planet. This has been well-established in studies for decades."

Something to remember while Republicans hyper-focus on abortion later in pregnancy:
The demographic most likely to have abortions at or after 21 weeks are children 14 years old and under.
Finally lost access to TweetDeck. My use of this site was already on the decline... that sure as hell isn't going to help.
