The bins themselves are empty. The rest of the alley is now covered in dumped furniture, bags, household rubbish and filth...
It began when a few people left bulky items here; others copied them by leaving general waste, and now no one walks the extra few steps to use the bins.

Uber Eats driver Saleh Hassan (right) has been jailed after "showing off" by drifting and skidding around Sutton Coldfield town centre. He lost control and flattened much-loved Uni student, Natasha Thorp, who was walking arm in arm with her best friend after they had a "perfect night out". He was sentenced to 9.4 years, but banned from driving for 9.8 years.
Aaron Singh-Dhillon (left) has been jailed after speeding on the A47 before killing a 74-year-old man David Hold. Mr Hold was in his Suzuki Alto at a junction but saw an opportunity to safely pull out. Singh-Dhillon was driving so fast he was unable to slow down in time, smashing into David's vehicle. The victim was taken to hospital before entering into cardiac arrest and succumbing to his injuries.

Salem Rekoub, 28, was seen on CCTV smirking after following his victim’s ambulance to hospital aiming to “get to the woman again”.
