i’ve tested 99% of AI image generation methods since i started making these videos...
99% of outputs are slop, but me and my team have discovered a few really good frameworks that let’s us create extremely tasteful and high quality images
We train our images off of the coloring/vibes of some of our favorite directors, without stealing from them of course
reply “IMAGE” + RT and i’ll send you the our full image prompting guide
(must be following so i can dm)

If you're an artist worried about being replaced by AI, then you're probably just not good enough

rebranding Linear Algebra as Artificial Intelligence was the most successful marketing campaign of all time.

BREAKING: US Supreme Court effectively outlaws landing pages that look like Linear.
The court, which has a 6-3 conservative majority, has found that continuing to copy Linear's style is "too trendy" and has deemed the practice unconstitutional.
The justices expressed concern that designers are being directly asked to design landing pages to look like Linear — or even worse, shown other SaaS companies that copied Linear, as reference.
"It does seem to me to be curious that designers are coming into these projects with great creative ideas, but the output ends up looking exactly like Linear. While it is difficult to prove what went wrong, it is clear that a direct violation of the constitutionally protected creative process is being violated." Chief Justice John Roberts said.
This is the best way to explain how I've used AI tools lately.
Replying to @swardley
dX : Why use them?
Me : Think of it like Myers Briggs or Astrology. Gibberish that is useful for self reflection. I find AI responses help me think about the problem.
dX : You don't trust them?
Me : They are useful at open ended questions where there are no answers to check.
Is there a name for the trend of plastering ✨on your UI to show you're a modern SaaS company? Is it an attempt to align with GPT4?
It seems @Dobrenkz and I are on the same wavelength today. Right after tweeting this I came across this much more detailed insight by him. botharetrue.substack.com/p/e…
Search is dead and @Google is having their @blockbuster moment. Over the years, their focus on traditional SEO and ad monetization slowly created a watered down network that many today see as "The internet". There is so much more to the internet than page 1 on Google.
ChatGPT lacks a sense of discovery and Perplexity already feels more collaborative with their collections. Their Discover page has potential to create knowledge communities similar to how we rely on Reddit today in search.
I'd also love to see how @perplexity_ai might enable psychographics / sentiment analysis for richer perspectives across the web. All in all, the barbarians are at the walled gardens of Google's Internet and I look forward to experiencing the internet differently soon.
The next iphone moment isn't "iPhone on your face" It's invisible technology -- more humanity. The idea that I'm having a great conversation with friends and then I get a notification pop-up is wild. This isn't it.
The @BluelightLive has a legacy in Texas country as a proving ground for artists. @joshabbottband , @FlatlandCavalry , @tptroubadours, and many others have all played the small venue, and many lucky Lubbockites were able to experience the magic of a high energy close-knit show.
I’m grateful to have experienced that with @dylangossett 's first show. Dylan’s baptism by fire (or beer) last night showcased his fantastic songwriting skills and an exciting future. Rowdy Tech students were only a couple of tortillas shy of giving him the full Tech experience
Despite the rowdiness of drunken students on a Wednesday night, Dylan’s hits “Coal” and “To Be Free” focused that energy for an electric performance with the crowd echoing every word. Come back to Lubbock soon @dylangossett , we're more than drunk tech students.
