The bath has no enamel, the phones don’t work in the room or elevator lobby, the carpet is filthy. There’s sink wouldn’t drain so we removed the stopper manually and look how disgusting it was. I took it to reception as shown.

@fearnley_k just read your article. How you describe what happened is identical to what happened to me to me in 2017 after a virus. Hallucinations, tinnitus, fasciculations, POTS, jerks, insomnia, moods, fatigue, bowel prob & general dysautonomia, stuck in dark room for months.
I believe if I wasn’t as pushy or determined not to be labelled bonkers, I wouldn’t have had half the testing I’ve had proving that things in my nervous system are indeed, Broken. I was not unable to walk or eat because I depressed or stressed. I was actually really unwell.
