Nick Reiner has pled not guilty to two counts of first degree murder. Next court date April 29 to schedule the preliminary hearing, where evidence will be presented and the court will decide if sufficient evidence to proceed to trial. Still no decision by DA on death penalty.

Sean “Diddy” Combs sentenced to 50 months in federal prison for his convictions on two counts of transporting for the purpose of prostitution. He will receive credit for the time he has already served in custody. The maximum fine of $500,000 was also imposed.

Erik Menendez has been denied parole after a hearing that lasted ten hours. His illegal use of a cellphone behind bars was reportedly a big issue for the commissioners. Erik will have to wait three years for his next parole hearing.

Partial verdict in Combs trial. Both sides are asking the judge to push the jury to continue to deliberate on the divided Count One- the RICO charge.

Bryan Kohberger will plead guilty to all charges and waive his right to appeal. In exchange, he will be sentenced to four consecutive life sentences. No death penalty. He will reportedly change his plea on Wednesday
