(Barney hadn’t been to work in two days. Days that definitely had been on his schedule. He had looked a shaken when Mike last saw him, only grunting in response to anything said to him.
Barney had given Mike his address before, mostly to crash at after drinks,+
(Grumble. He’s drunk in his apartment again. He tosses aside an empty beer bottle, which clatters against the dozens of others littered on the floor. He drags a hand down his face, muttering groggily to himself)
