20 year HR professional here. Many times I’d make candidates wait a few extra minutes to see how they handled it when they got frustrated. Weeded out a lot of hot heads. Me, I’m looking for patience and understanding.

Unrelated but why must these search AIs always highlight their point. Sometimes you can tell it cant figure out what to highlight and it just highlights a word. Its the first sentence followed by a line break I can see it.

I HATE flock cameras as much as the next guy but bigger cities just have the budget to put these up everywhere. Microtowns do not.

Fun Fact: If you look at the map showing the location of all Flock Cameras in the US and you look up the ADL heat map of "muh antisemitism" they match up almost 1:1.

100 people showed up to a hearing to oppose a Buc-ee's in Greenwood, Indiana. Only 4 spoke in favor. It was approved.
