Autonomous commerce needs onchain payment infrastructure.

Why would a museum put something worth just 2 USDC on display?
This is our new Kite Agent Passport film. It follows one agent-to-agent exchange, from a rainy street to a museum gallery.
The demo in the film is built on @Arc: a buyer agent sources engineering candidates from a seller agent on Kite, and both sides know their limits before they act.
โท Each agent acts within a mandate set in advance: what it can spend, with whom, and on what terms.
โท Both agents co-sign the agreement, and funds stay in escrow until the work is delivered and accepted.
โท Every step leaves a verifiable record, so the outcome can be audited.
Some beginnings are small. From one small exchange, a new agentic economy begins.

As intelligence gets cheaper, what becomes possible for builders?
At BUIDL_QUESTS 2026 in Singapore, our Head of Ecosystem @Henryleemr represented Kite on a panel exploring that opportunity: turning increasingly affordable AI into products people value.
From AI tutors that spend hours mentoring students to agents handling days of research, Henry shared how falling costs can unlock new use cases and business models.

AI token prices have fallen about 50% every quarter the past few years
this makes competing at the frontier model layer almost impossible because open ai + anthropic have billions in capital + massive compute + state-level backing
but i say let them have that moat
for builders we should probably focus more on value capture instead: what becomes possible NOW when intelligence itself has gotten 10x or 100x cheaper?
examples: AI tutors burning hours of tokens mentoring students, agents doing days/weeks of campaign research, personalised ever-changing products suited to the mood of single users
the opportunity may not be in building the intelligence but in figuring out what becomes unlocked + valuable when intelligence becomes nearly free
