I really enjoyed @LogConference this year. The review process was absolutely amazing. In a very short amount of time, we got more feedback (openreview.net/forum?id=7N5M…) on our submission than a journal review. Thanks to all the LOG organisers for a great job.

It's worth calling out that the decisions ACs have to make are often non-trivial (most papers are on the borderline!) and can have far-reaching consequences.
More conferences should recognise good AC work.
