Locust Moon doesn’t even really exist anymore, but we still have an account and some followers so it’s weird for me to not broadcast at least this much: Support black people, voices, art, business, comics. Not just when injustice makes the news. Today, tomorrow, always.

My LCS @LocustMoon welcomed me with open arms when I wasn’t sure where to start w non Marvel and DC comics. They recommended me things, engaged me in thoughtful discussions, and created a warm space where I’d not felt one previously

Okay, yesterday we heard about gatekeeping. Today's question is the opposite. Women and girls out there, please tell a time when you were welcomed or supported in your nerd interests by guys. It can be a person, a place, a fandom, whatever. Who said, "You are welcome here"?

...making comics at a scale you have literally never seen from them before. A scale that hasn’t really existed in decades! Yeah, it is even bigger than your Artist Editions.
