Air Quality is in the HAZARDOUS range today, due to dust, sand and ash. AQI Reading of 346. It should improve as the winds settle, but spend as little time outside as possible, especially if you have respiratory issues.

President Trump is designating 'Antifa' as a terrorist organization. Trump made that announcement today. Antifa is short for anti-fascists and described it as a broad militant movement. It still remains unclear if Anitifa is behind any of the recent violence.

A Flash Flood Warning remains in effect for areas to the South and East of the Salton Sea until 1:15, affecting a small portion of Imperial County. Rain has slowed or stopped in the area, but flood persists. Never cross a flood roadway. Turn around, don't drown!

In addition to the Winter Storm Warning, a Flash Flood Watch will go into effect at 11AM tomorrow, and last through 7PM Wednesday as rainfall intensifies in that time frame. A Flash Flood Warning for areas to our West will expire at 1:30.

Flash Flood Warnings have been issued in areas stretching from San Bernardino all the way to Long Beach as heavy rains blanket portions of the I.E. and LA. Rain will soon arrive here in the Valley, and we are tracking the rainfall very closely.
