For years, I've called for universal lunch in NYC schools because every child deserves to be well fed. Today, that becomes a reality in NYC

Free school lunch is now available for all @NYCSchools students. We are combating stigma of poverty & ensuring no child is hungry at school.

Health and education go hand in hand. We must add #kosher & #halal foods on school menus, giving every child a fair chance & a full stomach!
