Unveiling LOBITracka
Through the LOBITracka Project we shall track the public policies of the Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia-led administration using five (5) indicators:
- Agriculture and Rural Development
- Health
- Education
- Infrastructure &
- Job Creation/Employment

Three years into the Alia-led administration, 75% of assessed promises in the Agriculture sector remain unfulfilled, while only 21% have been kept and 4% are in progress, according to the LOBITracka Annual Assessment Report 2026.
Benue farmers need more than promises; they need practical support, improved access to opportunities, and policies that strengthen productivity and rural livelihoods.
