$NLST thread (powered by fortuna-ai.netlify.app/dashb…)
Still bullish $NLST. Stock gets bought even on the weaker days. It is OTC and it's highly volatile, but it gets bought each time.
Fortuna knows what's up. Watching $NLST closely tomorrow. If they win litigation, it should gap up bigly. If it fails, I think they still have long-term value, which is captured here with a bear case of 14% lower than current levels. I think extremely good risk/reward here.
Try out Fortuna and DM feedback!!! (link in pinned post)
Pump it.
$NLST Has now come guns blazing asking ITC to investigate MU, Super micro, HPE and Lenovo for infringements
There are 2 important things to remember
- Samsung is legally obliged to help against these cases. They own 10M shares so also their incentives
- The Retailers who literally saved this company are holding onto their tendies for dear life. I dont see this squeeze ending soon.
ABORT MISSION!!!! ABORT!!!!!!!!!!!!

And there she is @jrouldz ...
Alright @jrouldz. Saw you poking around $NLST so I did some research.
Revenue momentum: TTM revenue $147.19M (+0.64% YoY); 2024 annual $147.10M (+112.56% YoY).
Targets double-digit growth from Lightning products amid memory shortages.
Litigation catalysts: Recent ITC investigation into Samsung; USPTO/USDOJ support; new suits vs. Samsung/Micron.
Court affirmed PTAB IPR win.
All nice.
Risks I see:
Dilution: $10M offering of 14.3M shares + warrants at $0.70.
Fundamentals: P/S 1.59; 66 employees
OTCMKTS trading (~$0.72, -4.92% as of Dec 5, 2025).
Other niceties:
CEO has been with the company for 20 years or so and has fought off big time legal battles against firms like Micron and Samsung. Average tenure of management is 18 years, which I went back and forth on whether that's good or bad (stuck in ways, failure to innovate, etc)., but landed on it's probably good.
My final say:
Jury awards could trigger multi-bagger gains; revenue growth from flash/memory demand adds asymmetry.... I like it.
I'm adding.
My read on the Leopold thing:
Well I think he was 4x leverred, market started turning which means he was on brink of trouble, citadel leaked the rate hike thing to intentiaonslly spook the markets in order to screw the kid, then they stepped in to buy all his stock at a discount.
And buy $ONDS
I never post anymore cuz I’m more focused on other stuff. But… buy $ORCL. Maybe do 1 year out LEAPs idk…
Debt is fine if used properly
They can sell compute to many others other than OpenAI lmao. Anthropic is dying for compute.
Their cloud business has grown tremendously. I’m gonna avg this one down a bit (current avg at ~$135)

Congratulations @nyknicks. Such a special team filled with special individuals who clearly love one another.
What makes this sweeter is that Wemby is an annoying dirty prick. He’ll never be back.

I CANNOT WAIT for the sentiment on software to flip.
It will be glorious. 70% upside for a lot of the names from their levels 2 months ago (beginning of the fear give or take). Because people will realize that AI is actually a tailwind in the medium term for many.
Contrarian investing. Scary, yet exhilarating when it works out.
"After watching Anthropic's Enterprise Agents briefing event, we have even greater
conviction that model providers are unlikely to displace software incumbents and
are instead positioning themselves and their agents to be an orchestration layer on
top of existing and incumbent systems" - Deutsche Bank

bears: $RXT has $2.7B in debt it's going to zero
me: so you're saying a single contract announcement on a $1.2B market cap with 21% short interest would cause a nuclear short squeeze on a leveraged equity with operating leverage to AI margins
bears: wait no
me: 🐼
Here is the math behind it
