They said youths Must be meaningfully engaged, so I grabbed a seat at the table.Young people should not be participants, we are innovators, thinkers and decision makers. Glad my hackathon was among the five winning pitches at the 2nd Western Regional Conference.

Completing the SMART Advocacy Training & analysing the Gender and Equity Bill 2026 has been both reflective and empowering. It has strengthened my understanding of advocacy and challenged me to think more critically about gender, equity, policy & the communities we advocate for

Western Kenya County Coordinators came together to strengthen and consolidate referral pathways for survivors of GBV, while developing clear, communityled strategies to end femicide. We are moving from crisis response to prevention, accountability and action. #EndFemicideKE

Grateful to @Zamara_fdn for the opportunity to join the Girls Assembly. It made us reflect on the future we want as young women & the power we've when we come together as a collective. Indeed this is what we call real meaningful engagement. Thank you @Zamara_fdn & @polycomdev

@Zamara_fdn is glad to be part of the Girls Assembly hosted by @polycomdev this week. 💜✊🏾 We’re holding space for girls and young women in all their diversities, to speak, organise, challenge power, and claim their agency, because feminist change centres their voices, choices, and lived realities. #ZamaraVoices

Oooh to be a Pan African Feminist is to stand with the realities of African women and girls while changing the systems that continue to perpetuate us. Cannot wait to bring real sustainable transformation. #feminism #WomenAgainstViolence

The two days taught me that circular economy represents a future where waste is not seen as the end of a product’s life but the start of redesigning systems, creating livelihoods and keeping resources in use for longer. Prioritize circularity. #DOTClimate #DOTYouth #Greenskills

Day 2 take away #GreenWorks4Africa is how we really have good policies yet we still have a huge gap between what's written on paper and what actually happens on the ground. Implementation needs intentionality and finance while being multidimensional.#DOTClimate #DOTYouth #JLA

My key take away from day 1 is that we can build all the infrastructure & technology we want but without people with the right knowledge, skills, mindset & capacity, the transition will not be sustainable. Greenskills should be NON negotiable. #GreenSkills #DOTClimate #DOTYouth

Tomorrow, I’ll be joining the Green Works 4Africa Forum in Nairobi as a DOT Climate Champion, can’t wait to contribute, connect, learn and exchange ideas with climate actors across Africa. I’m especially looking forward to the Circular Economy side event #DOTClimateChampion

I believe circularity is not just an alternative, but a critical part of the future of green climate action. #GreenWorks4Africa #DOTYouth #DOTClimate #Greenskills #JLA

As a SRHR educator, I champion the agency of diverse women and girls. My vision is a society where every woman and girl is sexually liberated, free from coercion, shame and violence. A society where bodily autonomy is not negotiable. #SRHR #Feminism

It's crazy how men say that they're being raped but the truth is their perpetrators are men!! The fight has never been about men, check the below poster #feminism #smashpatriarchy

Female victims who kill their abusers in self-defense spend an average of 15 years in prison. Meanwhile, abusive men who kill their female partners serve an average of 2–6 years. When survival is punished more harshly than violence, the justice system is failing survivors.

HOT TAKE: There isn’t a “gender war.” Women are simply refusing to accept the abuse and mistreatment they’ve endured for generations. That’s the difference.

Feminists aren't “man haters” we are just tired of being abused, killed, raped, and no-one believing us.

Patriarchy didn't come from God it was written by men edited by men interpreted by men and enforced on women in God's name.

Let me be clear: A child CANNOT consent to an adult A child CANNOT seduce an adult A child CANNOT entice an adult A child CANNOT tempt an adult A child CANNOT coax an adult Adults hold 100% of the responsibility. Always. There are no excuses, no exceptions, and no gray areas. Blaming a child is just another form of abuse.

They say abortion destroys potential. No one mentions how forced motherhood destroys the potential of millions of girls and women every year.
