spent 3 days of delivery week doing everything except code
still shipped the card editor before the contract date. 30+ templates, share links working
sent the invoice id been dodging last night and he just said yes
over 300 rejections and someone is paying me to build haaaa
one fucking yes.
One paid engineering contract.
One internship.
One sourcing contract.
One client.
One opportunity that turns into another.
That's the game now.
I have to get back to work || still brainstorming marketing though || i just wished i could code my way to $100Million arr
ANYONE GOT IDEAS ON HOW I CAN PASS THE DREGGED SPOT OF HOW DO I PUT MY LINK ON TIKTOK WITHOUT 1000 FOLLOWERS
Idea | 10 mins grocrey delivery but use @bokkumart as your darkstores, they dont need to know about the plan | if you get users you get so much revenue that they cant just but notice you.
Honestly it's just so easy to write code than make a business.
I admit now | getting users and revenue isnt easy | do i continue this hard road or just jump onto the next idea
fr i used this firsthand | funny enough its cause i can't afford claude code | its sometimes not a model issue | its a you ( the programmer ) that is bad.
I was talking to my co-founder and he seem scared | paul graham says thinking about competitors is foolish and i believe | we have understood something well DISTRIBUTION to a particular niche | we sure would win in that
understand your strengths | renounce your weakness ( not with an intention of unimprovement ) but you sure move faster this way | renouce the label you really want to become and be what you are already

Two actually
one to change the trajectory
second to keep you solid cuz almost everyone fucks their first bag up. In all, just keep grinding!

Small teams always had the edge;
speed. no politics. nobody to align with before you ship.
the problem was always resources. big companies could out-spend and out-hire you into the ground.
AI killed that.
our 20 person team handles the operational load that would've needed 200 a few years ago (and we keep finding more to hand to agents).
so whats left for the legacy players? distribution. brand. and the customers they already locked in.
but these aren't permanent either
it's just a matter of time before the incumbents begin to topple
Honestly, props to myself—my thesis got validated.
Take this as your sign to go work on your own projects. Keep pushing the complexity, and even if you fail, you’ll always land a job because of what you’ve built.
It’s true—you really can’t lose when you build for yourself.
Honestly props to myself, my thesis was validated
Go work on your projects ( making sure they are of increasing complexity ) and you would always get a job.
ITS TRUE | you cant lose if you go work for yourself it teaches you alot
