The cutest little critter, Shadow came to visit our Kindergarten friends this week! We loved learning about her and describing “properties of a hamster” during science. @BayEaglesSoar @LivingMaterials – at Seabrook, TX

We had some sweet visitors this week from the Living Materials Center, and students wrote from different perspectives! It was so much fun! @NPERockets @LivingMaterials @BeckySandner @JTaylorEdu
New school year! New furry friend! Introducing Shadow, the Syrian hamster! Super soft and curious! Shadow was donated by one of Mrs Smith's former Biology students who is now an elementary teacher.
Lilo, the Chinchilla, and all the LMC critters were TOADally excited to welcome SIS's new principal, Nicole Hicks, and show her around the LMC!
Jaba, the pacman frog, and Beckett, the rabbit, wish you a happy Star Wars Day from the LMC!
May the Fourth be with You!
Typically the LMC is humming at this time on a Friday morning with student volunteers caring for the critters and Critter Getters bringing back critter friends from their visits at CCISD schools. We miss our LMC family and wish everyone well.
