Full of brandy, Pedro Ximinez, rum & ginger wine soaked figs, dates, mixed fruit, cherries & pecans and generously spiced. My favourite thing to make and to eat. DM to purchase.

I loved doing this cake earlier in the week for a lovely dog mummy whose birthday is actually today.

This cake was for some lovely gents opening a new Nike shop at Edge Lane Retail Park.
It was modelled on the boss’s own 110, ha. Apologies for the working backgrounds of the trainee; I just realised I didn’t get a very good angle on it when I took the pics of the finished cake.
