When your ultrasound showed endo, but after your laparascopy surgery we find out it's not endo. It's just a shit ton of fibroids covering my uterus and ovaries. My right tube is tied due to a whole mass of them WHAT EVEN Looks like I get to have other things done for that when I go back next week 😭
