This is the reason women don't report sexual harassment at work. They end up with no career.
When I told my GP that I had been sexually harassed for more than 3 years at work, and then my colleague forced himself on me. I was crying and asked to be STI tested. She wrote in my medical notes that I'd had sex and regretted it in a moment of alcohol and weakness. I WAS SOBER
I told my male doctor the pain during sex had gotten so bad I was avoiding intimacy. He told me to “relax more” and that most women just need to “get out of their heads.” I asked if he’d ever told a male patient with erectile dysfunction to just relax and stop overthinking. He looked at his chart. I got a new doctor the next week. Turns out I had a condition that required actual treatment.

This happened to me with a female GP. After repeated patronising and gaslighting, also telling me to just relax. She said to me, “it’s not considered important on the NHS and I’ve got other patients to see.”
10 years later, a severe hip impingement was accidentally discovered and diagnosed by a physio I was seeing for back pain, as the reason for my difficulty and pain with penetrative sex.
After this discovery I was full of hope for my future sexlife, then my hip surgeon stole what had been my only means to sexual pleasure. He crushed my clitoris against my pubic bone with a barbaric perineal post.
I share my story with the hope of preventing others going through the same needless harm. Here is the link if you would like to read;

Shocking, did you know this?
Dr. Bryan Ardis just dropped a bombshell that Big Pharma, the American Heart Association, and cardiologists have been burying for decades.
Magnesium can help prevent heart attacks and strokes… yet almost no one is telling patients. And salt? The exact opposite of what you’ve been told.
A massive 2016 study published in The Lancet, 450,000 people across nearly 50 countries, the largest ever on salt and heart disease, found that people eating 3-4 times the amount of salt the FDA recommends had the best heart outcomes: lower blood pressure and lower risk of heart attacks and strokes.
When that study came out, the American Heart Association reportedly threatened the journal: retract it… or we pull all our funding.They tried to bury the truth so they could keep pushing the pills.
Your heart needs real salt and magnesium, not the narrative they sell.

A UK family where both parents work full-time, pay full council tax, and earn enough to be 'doing alright' on paper, can't afford to take their kids to the Tower of London on a Saturday in 2026.
Two adult tickets and two child tickets at standard price comes to roughly £100. Add £40-£80 in train fares and £50-£70 for lunch — that's around £200 for a single Saturday at one tourist attraction in their own capital city.
A family on full Universal Credit, living in subsidised housing, paying no council tax, can take the same four people to the same Tower for £1 a ticket — £4 total — under the 'inclusive access' schemes most major UK attractions now run.
The working family pays the full £200 day out AND covers — through their taxes — the £196 discount the benefits family gets on the same trip.
Whatever the original intention of those schemes, this is the structure most UK working families are now living inside. Pay the full bill, then watch the people next door enjoy the day out you can't take your own kids to.

And now you understand why people have “gluten intolerance” and why the average age of cancer diagnosis has plummeted.
