It will not be long before you realise that the UK is not somehow behind the curve on so-called "transphobia", it is ahead of it. It has begun to progress past the regressive, homophobic, misogynist nonsense your cult espouses. Other countries are already on their way.

Dear Trans Activists,
If you’re going to get this over-dramatic every time an employer or service provider agrees to abide by equality law you need to expand your historical analogies.
Rosa Parks & Nazi Germany is getting a bit samey.
Tell us how girls having female only changing rooms is the same as the Destruction of Carthage. Or how single sex refuges are exactly like the Cromwellian Conquest of Ireland.
Up your game.

Can any trans widows who follow this account but are not signed up to our mailing list, please sign up via our website, as we will shortly be sending out an important communication about the conversion practices bill.

Bollocks.
Trans people are one of the most vulnerable groups in society and you are only making it worse by making hospitals discriminate against us.
But that’s the goal, they want us to suffer and die.
Trans people deserve to live in peace and dignity, and to go to a hospital for their health issues without constant systematic discrimination 🏳️⚧️

10 months on and this very basic feature still hasn’t been re-added to the Met Office app, the map only shows if you’re in the warning area.
If you told me the old design was the new design, I’d believe it. The new app remains a huge step backwards.

Maybe if people had an IQ above room temperature and did 2 seconds of research would know people who claim PIP SWITCH, not receive additional, switch their current payments to pay towards a vehicle for their disability. But no, people on social media will continue be morons 💀

All throughout the Old Testament, God demands public executions for capital crimes. And in Romans 13 (that is the New Testament) we are told that the government is designed to terrorize evil doers. THAT is its fundamental purpose. To maintain order and restrain evil.
I believe our culture has been degraded by hiding the means of that restraint away. I’m not saying we make it a circus, but bearing public witness to the wages of evil acts grounds a culture morally. The public execution of Nidal Hasan perfectly accords with that.

There is a more serious issue if the CPS have sent a case to trial, but the police cant make a case.

An employment tribunal decision does not set legal precedent that binds the EHRC. It doesn’t even bind future tribunals
There is no statutory provision that says the EHRC is bound by such tribunal decisions. Please feel free to quote the specific statute and section you are relying on here.
You may be thinking of schedule 2, paragraph 19 of the Equality Act 2006, but that does not do what you think it does.
”19. An inquiry, investigation or assessment may not question (whether expressly or by necessary implication) the findings of a court or tribunal.”
just means that an investigation by the EHRC into the circumstances of the Miller case, if there were one, could not question the tribunal findings in THAT case in THAT investigation. It is a bar on reopening those findings inside that process, not a precedent rule and not a duty to apply one case’s conclusions to a different organisation.
Even on its own terms, the Miller point is weaker than your post suggests. The protected-belief finding was made by an employment tribunal and later upheld by the Employment Appeal Tribunal as a conclusion the tribunal was entitled to reach on the belief as Miller formulated it.
The EAT did not re-decide the belief for itself; it merely found no error in the tribunal’s application of the Grainger criteria to the belief as Miller formulated it. Your statement that “anti-Zionism is now a protected belief” is an overclaim.
The EAT decision does bind employment tribunals but only on the point of law it actually decides. It does not bind the EHRC’s general functions, and paragraph 19 still does not carry Miller across to an investigation of the Green Party.
So, the Miller case is appellate authority on a point of law for employment tribunals. It is not a general ruling that “anti-Zionism” is protected in every formulation, and Schedule 2 paragraph 19 does not convert it into a constraint on an EHRC investigation of a different organisation.

Has anyone said Esther's up in heaven now with a load of council jobsworths, Doc Cocks, toys full of broken glass, Glyn Worsnip, penis-shaped vegetables and the dog that says 'sausages'? Or did her trying to murder every old age pensioner in Britain overshadow her earlier work?
