“They were careless people, Tom and Daisy- they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness or whatever it was that kept them together, and let other people clean up the mess they had made.”

The FBI tailed Fulton Sheen in 1943 for attacking Stalin while the Soviets were still America’s wartime ally.
Today the Church is beatifying him in St. Louis in front of tens of thousands.
Sheen used prime time TV and 30 million viewers to hammer that an anti-God regime is always an anti-human one.
He received Bella Dodd, a Communist Party national committee member, into the Church on Christmas Eve 1950.
Bishop Barron recently said the communism Sheen spent his life fighting is making a comeback here.
Sheen died 12 years before the commie empire collapsed. But he never waited for the alliance to end.
FOX: You say you're a capitalist, what do you mean?
El-Sayed: Capitalism is the process by which we enable supply and demand to allocate capital so that it's the most productive in an economy. We are not in a situation where we have capitalism, we have corporatism.

The US 10Y Note Yield is now moving in a literal straight-line higher, up to 5.13%.
This is no longer an issue that we have months or years to address.
This is unsustainable.

BREAKING: ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and Fox News, all five networks of the White House TV pool, have just suspended all coverage of Trump's public events effective immediately over the White House ban on CNN, MS NOW and Politico, with no replacement pool, saying "no administration should restrict a news organization because it objects to its reporting."
The White House left the primary TV pool slot empty for today, the day CNN was due to lead it for Trump's trip to the UN General Assembly in New York, after CNN's White House reporter had her pass confiscated on Saturday.
Trump begins UN week, two days after cutting short Camp David over a possible escalation with Iran, with no shared network feed of his public events.

It’d be easy for me to criticize and ridicule @laurenboebert over the sexual allegations against her. Instead, I’ll point out she was one of four Republicans who originally voted to release the Epstein Files. Those people got put on a permanent list for political destruction.

Imagine if the Iranians were doing this to the US military on Biden or Obama’s watch. Republicans would be screaming in the streets and Fox would have these images on air on a loop, 24/7

They shut down the Legislative Branch of the United States of America because I was outmaneuvering the Speaker to expose a global sex trafficking ring and impeach a rogue cabinet secretary.
It was the only way they could stop me.

Trump marvels that he “could have banned fishing” and driven the CEO of Bass Pro Shops “right the hell out of business” if he wanted to.
“The power of this office is crazy!”
“I think I'm going to do that. .. Just for a day or two, till he calls me and he says, ‘Please, president, please.’”

Hackers ripped a Flock camera off a pole, dumped what was stored on it, and handed the files to WIRED and 404 Media.
One camera. 21 days.
~50,000 vehicles. 1.6 million images. About 3,300 cars a day. Peak day: 4,454.
Flock sold this as “license plate readers” with on-device encryption. The software on that box wasn’t just reading plates. It was tagging vehicles, bikes, and people. Dozens of shots of a single car. Bumper stickers. Even an American flag patch on a motorcycle bag.
They put the encryption key on the camera. Then acted shocked when somebody opened it.

And so here we are. This statement from Trump blows my mind. That a sitting president would not let any renovations to a public building go on unless he gets to first put his name in the said building… What a sad state of affairs. What a tragedy. Actually, how small minded, how narcissistic. Actually
great men, devoted to public service and the public good do not act like this.
It seems that this man will not rest until his name is permanently connected to the name of a great president, whose memory this building was dedicated to. Imagine spending your time and your days focused on this, as everyday Americans struggle with healthcare, gas prices, rent, and food. Imagine spending your days focused on this, while a war rages under your leadership.
Enough said. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Could you imagine the outrage from MAGA if Kamala got us into a war with Iran and we started running out of diesel? Lmao
Something changed with Trump and the WH messaging in 2026.
They stopped even trying to acknowledge reality. Now every single day is “America is saved,” “the economy is booming,” “the world is safe,” “Trump fixed everything,” “golden age,” “historic victory.”
And if you say groceries are still expensive, rent is insane, debt is exploding, wars are multiplying, Trump is senile and corrupt, or that Epstein files are still buried, Trumpists lose their minds and attack you harder than any liberal ever did for questioning Biden in 22
