$QQQ is approaching the $700 psychological level and a previous demand area. I want to see if buyers can defend this zone again. Best case would be a liquidity sweep below support, price slowing down, then buyers stepping back in. I would rather react to that confirmation than try to catch a falling knife early. $IWM is sitting directly inside a previous demand level. This is a big test for small caps because price has been trending down into support. If buyers defend this area, we could finally see some relief. If this level fails, small caps could continue showing weakness. $SPY is approaching the major $760 demand zone. This is the level I’m watching the closest. If buyers hold $760 and start reclaiming structure, we could see a bounce. If sellers stay aggressive and $760 loses cleanly, I’m watching $754 as the next downside area.

WATCHLIST RECAP 📉➡️📈 Here’s how these levels played out: $SPY — SPY came into the gap fill area around $765 and found buyers near the $760-755 demand zone. Good reminder to let price come into key areas first, then react. $QQQ — QQQ sold into the $725 gap fill and bounced right where buyers needed to show up. That area held well and gave a short term reaction. $IWM — IWM came back into that previous demand zone for the real test. Small caps found support there, so now the question is whether buyers can build from this level. Not financial advice.
$QQQ is sitting right at an important gap-fill area after a hard selloff. I’m watching around $725 first, then the $715–710 area below. These are levels where I want to see buyers actually step in before getting aggressive. With PPI in the morning, volatility can pick up fast, so I’d rather react to the move than try to guess the bottom. $IWM is testing a major previous demand zone. Small caps have been weak, so this is a big area for buyers to prove themselves. If this demand holds, we could see a relief bounce. If buyers fail here, that would keep the pressure on small caps. $SPY has a lot going on around these levels. Price is approaching the downside gap-fill area near $765 while also sitting below a 4H FVG around $771. Below that, the $760–755 demand zone is another area I’m watching for a possible reaction.
