Russell Westbrook’s time with the Wizards was brief but unforgettable. He set the triple-doubles record and his second half that year was as high a peak as any player I’ve seen don the uniform. Just insane numbers. 26.3 ppg, 16.1 apg and 13.8 rpg in May to will the Wizards to the playoffs. Only player in franchise history to have a 25+ pts and 20+ ast game and he did it twice in six weeks. Hat tip to a great career.
