You may not see anything changing, but something is happening; patience is working. You’re getting stronger; you’re growing, developing. Patience is building you, getting you prepared so you can sustain what God has coming.

When God gives you a promise, there will always be a waiting period. What we do while we’re waiting will determine whether the promise will come to pass. Click here to watch, "Travel Steadily": YouTube.com/JoelOsteen

God hears your prayers. He sees your faithfulness. He sees you believing when you don’t see things changing, thanking Him when you could be complaining. Your time is coming. You wouldn’t be reading this if God didn’t have breakthroughs coming your way.

Quit being discouraged by what you see. What you see is subject to change. You don’t know what God is up to. You don’t know what He’s doing behind the scenes.

The real victory is not when God does everything you want, takes away every frustration. The real victory is when those things happen, but it doesn’t bother you anymore. You’re at peace. You know God is still in control.
